Man Arrested On Lewdness Charge At Homeless Center: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Taher A. Bashir, born 2005, of Manchester was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on March 27, 2024, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Rily Haden McNeely, born 1993, of Springfield, Missouri, received a summons at 4:12 p.m. on March 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as an unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates violations after an incident or investigation on Alice Drive.

Allison H. Drogy, born 1988, of Concord received a summons at 10:08 a.m. on March 24 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Jennifer Rebekah Hutchins, 50, of Concord was arrested at 5:49 a.m. on March 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Heather Moody, born 1982, of Boscawen received a summons at 2:40 a.m. on March 24 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident or investigation on Village Street.

Jazmyn Merchant, 19, of Nasturtium Terrace in Concord was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on March 18 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. Police were sent to a home after receiving a report about a woman “freaking out,” jumping out of a moving vehicle, and lying on the road. A witness reported the woman, Merchant, slapped another woman, according to a police report. Officers spoke with the victim who said, about 45 minutes before, she was driving on Fisherville Road when Merchant began yelling inside the vehicle, the report said. She tried to calm her, but she became combative and punched the woman, the affidavit said. Merchant was accused of attempting to jump out of the vehicle, but another person grabbed her and pulled her back into the vehicle. At the intersection with Mayflower Drive, Merchant jumped out of the vehicle and began to walk away, the report stated. The witness was interviewed and said Merchant had “serious issues” and was asked by the victim about who had given her drugs, the affidavit stated. Merchant was then arrested.

Neil B. Laforest, 62, of Laconia was arrested at 8:47 a.m. on March 17, 2024, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Makris Lobster & Steak House at 354 Sheep Davis Road.

Amanda J. Bailey-Roberge, 37, of Concord received a summons at 10:51 a.m. on March 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at CVS at 157 Loudon Road.

Jeffrey Fields, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on Feb. 26 on an indecent exposure or gross lewdness charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Cindy L. Dahood, born 1995, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:31 p.m. on Feb. 23 after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Shaun Danny McCall, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Feb. 16 on criminal trespass and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges and a public urination or defection violation. The violation reportedly occurred at Sun Tan City at 80 Storrs St., while the stolen property and trespass charges were connected to an incident on Chapel Street.

Lindsay M. Leclerc, born 1993, of Concord received a summons at 5:04 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation at 45 Green St.
