Manchester Man Indicted On Knife Attack, Cruelty To Animals Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester man indicted on knife threat charges; man accused of strangling woman; burglary and drug indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Devyn Smith-Gutierrez, 22, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a receiving stolen property charge, accused of retaining a stolen motorized wheelchair on Oct. 27, 2022, in Manchester. Read more about this case here: Stolen Wheelchair Investigation In Manchester Leads To Warrant
Rebekah Spencer, 34, of Perimeter Road in Concord on a possession of fentanyl charge in Manchester on Nov. 29, 2022.

James Standle, 40, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Manchester on Dec. 2, 2022.
Nayjah Exsiana Suazo, 21, of Beech Street in Manchester on cruelty to animals, first-degree assault, and domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of throwing a folding knife at a woman’s head, saying, “I will cut you,” to the woman, and kicking a dog, owned by another, on Nov. 19, 2022, in Manchester.

Miguel Vazquez, 53, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with police on biannually as required by his sex offender registration status between Sept. 27, and Oct. 4, 2022, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of duty to inform in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
John Vianney, 23, of Croteau Court in Manchester on criminal threatening and first-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person in the back of the head with a knife and threatening the person by saying, “Leave my apartment,” “I don’t want to see you,” and “If you stay here, I am going to kill you,” on Dec. 2, 2022, in Manchester.
Michael Vorce, 35, of Howard Street in Winchester on a felony bail jumping charge after an incident in Manchester on Oct. 22, 2021.
Michael Watson, 47, of Lowell Street in Manchester on burglary and stalking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Jeff’s West Side Automotive Service Center in Manchester on Dec. 6, 2022, and stalking a former intimate partner in Manchester on Dec. 9, 2022, after previously being convicted of stalking within the past seven years.
Darrius Weekly, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a structure and stealing an iPhone 14 on Dec. 7, 2022, in Manchester.
Rodney Wilkinson, 44, of Bradley Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Manchester on Sept. 6, 2022.
