Queen City Residents Face Criminal Threatening Indictments: Court
Sex offenders accused of violating registration requirements; woman indicted on Bedford drug charge; woman with priors faces robbery charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Derek Shepard, 50, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of telling police on Feb. 23 that he lived on Patricia Lane in Manchester when he did not reside there.
Arica Siegel, 38, of Deep Meadows in Exeter on three possession of controlled drugs-subsequent charges, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine, all felonies, on April 20 and May 19 in Manchester.

Haley Simmons, 24, of Prospect Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving more than 70 mph in a 30-mph zone in Manchester on March 19.
Scott D. Titus, 54, of Dover Street in Manchester on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report an alias he used to Manchester police between April 29 and May 9. Titus is a sex offender due to felonious sexual assault convictions against a child from October 1988.

Amy Tremblay, 41, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of striking another person to steal their phone on May 8 in Manchester.
Yolanda Valentin Alicea, 58, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening to smash another person’s face while holding a baseball bat on April 16 in Manchester.
Jami L. Van Lier, 32, of Harmony Lane in Hooksett on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 13 in Bedford.
Nelybel Bargas, 33, of Spruce Street in Manchester on sale of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Manchester on April 14.
Caroline Vazquez, 45, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two burglary and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing buildings on Pennacook and Laurel streets on March 2 and April 19. On May 5, she was accused of striking another person with a television set, causing a brain bleed to the victim.
Emir Velic, 39, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a hatchet in Manchester on May 25.
Michael Watson, 46, of Douglas Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of stalking another person on April 22 in Manchester after previously being convicted of stalking.
Anthony Zapata, 41, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Dec. 21, 2021, in Manchester.
