Alleged Knife Threatening, Baseball Bat Beater Indicted: Roundup

Man indicted for allegedly beating a woman with a belt; Merrimack, Goffstown, others also indicted for alleged crimes in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

Jessica Norman, 32, pictured lower left, of Loop Road in Merrimack, on two counts of felony criminal threatening. On Sept. 20, 2016, she allegedly waved a knife at a woman and a man as she yelled at them to get off the property or words to that effect.

Joshua Paul, 22, of Cramwell Drive in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 14, 2016, in Bedford.

Warren Picard, 54, pictured lower left center, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing wine from the Market Basket on Elm Street in Manchester on Aug. 6, 2016.

Ahmad Rowfiyar, 43, pictured upper left center, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, on two counts of felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a woman and member of his family on July 28, 2016, in Manchester. He was also indicted on three counts of domestic violence-simple assault – for allegedly striking the woman with a belt, pulling her hair, and slapping her.

Robert Russell, 30, pictured lower right center, of Canterbury Way in Merrimack, on three felony counts of first-degree assault, for allegedly striking a man with a baseball bat on July 29, 2016, in Manchester.

Eric Sederquest, 35, pictured upper left, of Huse Road in Manchester, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property. In July 2016, he allegedly took possession of jewelry valued at more than $1,500.

Terrance Sleweon, 31, pictured upper right center, of Granite Street in Manchester, currently incarcerated, for second-degree assault, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and criminal threatening-domestic violence, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-false imprisonment. He allegedly assaulted another person, an intimate partner, on July 25, and July 27, 2016, in Manchester. The dangerous weapon charge concerned a knife, according to the indictment.

Rebekah Spencer, 27, pictured upper right, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for forgery and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On Feb. 8, and Feb. 9, 2016, she allegedly took control of a man’s check and cash a check at the Triangle Credit Union, stealing $1,500, and $1,959.55 at Walmart in Manchester.

Maranda St. Pierre, 25, of Back Mountain Road in Goffstown, for operating while deemed a habitual offender, a felony, as well as disobeying an officer, allegedly on Aug. 20, 2016, in Goffstown.
