Manchester Man Indicted On 17 Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kenneth Muller, 53, of Harrison Street in Manchester on nine felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing several videos of young girls being raped on Sept. 23, 2023, in Manchester.

James Pappas, 73, of Maybrook Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 3, 2023, in Manchester.

Beth Pilotte, 40, of Second Street in Manchester on theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing stolen checks and uttering seven of them on a St. Mary’s Bank account of another person between Sept. 8 and Sept. 12, 2023, in Manchester.

Yidel Prado-Ortiz, 24, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Nov. 4, 2023, in Manchester.

Marcus Ramirez, 39, of Marcus Garvey Boulevard in Brooklyn, New York, on two felony willful concealment charges. He was accused of working in concert with others to steal more than $1,500 from Best Buy at the Mall of New Hampshire on South Willow Street in Manchester on Nov. 20, 2022, and $1,000 from Best Buy at the Mall of New Hampshire on South Willow Street in Manchester on Nov. 27, 2022.

Wember Ramirez Sorto, 25, of Silver Street in Manchester on tampering with witnesses and informants, two certain uses of computer services prohibited, and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a boy between May 1, 2022, and Sept. 24, 2023, in Manchester, using an online or Internet service to lure the boy into sending naked photos of himself to him on Nov. 3 and Nov. 6, 2023, and threatening the boy by saying that if he went to jail, he would kill the boy’s family when he got out, between Oct. 1 and Nov. 9, 2022, in Manchester.

Victor Ramos Fuentes, 26, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a Louis Street in Goffstown residence on Aug. 12, 2023.

Tyler Reno, 27, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of stealing items from Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse on March Avenue in Manchester and using force against another person while he was attempting to steal a pair of shoes on Oct. 3, 2023.

Dylan Reynolds, 38, of Central Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, reckless conduct, witness tampering, two criminal threatening, and 17 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly raping a woman, threatening her with a knife and saying, “I have never done anything like this before, but you are making me,” telling the victim to inform falsely to police, shoving a suboxone pill down her throat causing her to go into detox, and punching her in the mouth and breaking her teeth, between Jan. 28 and Feb. 10, 2023, in Manchester.
