Boscawen Man Arrested On Strangulation, Child Endangerment, Other Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Lindsay B. Maccini, born 1984, of Concord received a summons at 10:39 a.m. on Feb. 23 on a conduct after an accident charge and improper backing violation at 133 Loudon Road.

Christopher John Carter, born 1980, of Weare was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on Feb. 22 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Otis Dazz Daniels, 45, of Loudon was arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 20 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at Life Storage at 11 Integra Drive.

Bounlam Noi Sonthikoummane, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Feb. 18 on aggravated driving under the influence-under 16, endangering the welfare of a child, and speeding-21 to 24 mph over limit of 55 or less charges after an incident at 557 N. State St.

Kevin Clay Welcome, 62, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 9 a.m. on Feb. 17 after an incident on Burns Avenue.

Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Feb. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Royal Gardens.

Nathaniel W. Liberty, born 1985, of Boscawen was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a second-degree assault-strangulation charge, as a felony, as well as domestic violence-simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident on Adonis Court.

Travis M. Pelletier, 31, of Loudon was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on Feb. 11 on speeding-25 mph over the limit of 55 or less and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Thanh M. Chinh, 44, of Monroe Street in Concord was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Feb. 3 on two felony drug possession charges, a single count of transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and yellow-solid line violation. Officers patrolling Airport Road for reported drug dealing activity spotted a Honda Odyssey in the driveway of a home near Old Turnpike Road with its engine running. The reporting officer, in an affidavit, said the vehicle was connected to Chinh, who was on probation and parole for past drug-related offenses. While the officers were watching the minivan, the driver left. Officers followed the vehicle and accused the driver of crossing a white line on South Main Street. The minivan was stopped near Concord Square. The officer asked the driver, Chinh, where he was coming from, and he said the gas station, an affidavit said. “I knew this to be a lie as I was following him from the area of Airport Road,” the officer wrote. The report said Chinh was asked about his probation and then again about where he was coming from. However, he was accused of lying again. When asked if he had drugs in the minivan, Chinh said there weren’t any, an affidavit said. After some back and forth, Chinh was accused of admitting he possessed drugs and was arrested. In his front pants pocket, the officer found a large ball-shaped object, the affidavit said. Inside, the officer accused Chinh of possessing a wadded-up ball of fentanyl and methamphetamine. He was arraigned on Feb. 23 and is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference on June 28. Chinh was previously convicted on felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charges in November 2016 and March 2021 out of Concord.

Austin R. Conte, born 1991, of Concord was cited at 4:43 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge, after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

James Pappas, born 1958, of Concord was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Jan. 29 on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Christa McAuliffe Elementary School on North Spring Street.

Isaiah R. Hughes, 27, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 29 after an incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

John T. Cassidy, 53, of Concord was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charges and a tail lamp and reflectors violation on North State Street.

John V. Greco, born 1968, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, was cited at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 27 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 25 Hall St.

Regis Babu Irumva, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Jan. 27 on simple assault and unlawful possess-intoxication charges after an incident on Loudon Road and a possess-use tobacco product by a minor violation after an incident at Concord Gardens apartment complex.
