Manchester Man Indicted On Child Sex Abuse Image Charge: Court Roundup
Goffstown woman accused of dealing fentanyl in Bedford; teen indicted on burglary charge; man accused of spreading feces on himself in jail.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
David Iannuzzo, 39, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin/fentanyl, felony falsifying physical evidence, and a simple assault charges. He was accused of spraying a loaded syringe at a police officer on April 29 in Manchester.
Charity Joyner, 19, of Bridge Street in Hillsboro was indicted on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a Central Street residence in Hillsboro on Feb. 26.

Codarrel Kirk, 21, of Veteran Memorial Drive in Peabody, Massachusetts, on eight felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of repeatedly striking another prisoner on June 25 in the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester.
Dustin Krook, 38, of Spring Hill Road in Sharon on resisting arrest or detention and three second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of struggling with two police officers in Sharon, injuring the spine, rotator cuff, and fracturing a finger on one officer on Feb. 19.

Arthur Larrabee, 41, of English Village Road in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-brass knuckles and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. The drug charges were from an incident on Sept. 19, 2022, in Manchester, while the weapon charge was from an incident on Sept. 30, 2022, in Manchester.
Shanard Lowe, 45, of Hall Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge — accused of punching an intimate partner in the face multiple times, causing them to lose consciousness, on May 7 in Manchester.
Paul Mangiafico, 33, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on three felony assaults on prisoners charges. He was accused of spreading feces on himself, in his cell, and expelling it at a Hillsborough County employee on June 20 in Manchester.
Curtis Massey, 25, of Spruce Street in Manchester on manufacture of child sexual abuse images, tampering with witnesses and informants, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of knowingly manufacturing a visual representation of a girl engaged in sexual intercourse, attempting to induce her to “deny to the fullest” the charges against him, and deleting the contents from her cellphone before Manchester police could seize it on Feb. 23.
Danielle Maxwell, 33, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of the drug and removed it from her purse on March 18 in Bedford to impair an investigation. According to the indictment, she has been convicted on prior charges.
