Manchester Man Indicted On Armed Career Criminal, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Woman indicted on manslaughter, other charges; teen indicted on threat, gun charges; MA man accused of pointing gun at another in Amherst.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Ailadi R. Abreu, 36, of Sunnyside Lane in Derry on negligent homicide, manslaughter-reckless, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies, accused of causing the reckless death of another while speeding an colliding with another vehicle in Manchester on March 23. Waleed Al Thuwayni, 18, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on criminal threatening and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon by driving at high rates of speed on Manchester streets on March 26. Thuwayni was also accused of pulling a BB gun on a Manchester police sergeant. Zachary Albert, 41, of Church Street in Laconia on a felony financial responsibility and conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of being involved in an accident with injury in Manchester and leaving the scene without providing his correct name on Dec. 29, 2022.

Levin Alvarez, 24, of Clay Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the head with a pan on Feb. 23 in Manchester.

Jeffrey Anagnos, 48, of Amory Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine-sale, manufacture of meth, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth-intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of working in concert with Kristin Colby to sell meth to a Manchester police confidential informant on Nov. 18, 2020. Anagnos’ intent and manufacture charges were from April 18 in Manchester.

Dana Anderson, 46, of Trenton Street in Melrose, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person in Amherst on Feb. 20.

Roger Loughner, 40, of McColley Road in Hillsboro on a felon in possession of a deadly weapon felony charge. He was accused of possessing a dagger in Hillsboro on Feb. 26 after being convicted on a drug charge in U.S. District Court in 2011.

Stuart Markham, 32, of Dorchester Street in Manchester on domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a gun on Feb. 16 in Manchester and then hiding the weapon in the woods to impair an investigation, the indictment said.

Curtis Massey, 25, of Spruce Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence and two pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a handgun on Feb. 20 in Manchester after being convicted on three assault, burglary, robbery, or drug felonies and then hiding it in a toilet to impair an investigation, the indictment stated.
