Manchester Man Indicted On Manslaughter Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Man indicted on rape, strangulation charges; Amherst man indicted on habitual offender charge; machete threat, stalking indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Aluel Chan, 22, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge, accused of recklessly causing bodily injury to another by means of a fufu stick on Dec. 20, 2023, in Manchester.

Mikeal Clarke, 27, of Auburn Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault-threat of violence charges. He was accused of raping and strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 10, 2023, in Manchester.

Cari Comeau, 40, of Capron Road in Milford on a felony motor vehicles; operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Route 101A in Amherst on Dec. 19, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ricky Comtois, 55, of Conifer Lane in Amherst on a felony motor vehicles; operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Silver Street in Manchester on Dec. 12, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Tyler M. Cook, 27, of Amherst Street in Manchester on manslaughter and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of shooting and killing Sophia Bonfiglio inside his apartment in Manchester on Dec. 31, 2023, while also placing others in danger. Brandon Couturier, 20, of Somerville Street in Manchester on criminal threatening, conduct after an accident, and two stalking charges, all felonies. He approached and threatened to kill another person with a machete, stalked two other protected parties, crashed into a parked vehicle owned by another person, and refused to stop, all on Jan. 1 in Manchester, according to the indictment.

Alexander Cummings, 28, of Jewell Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and conduct after accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving dangerously, hitting a motorcycle, and leaving the scene without stopping on June 22, 2023, on Mammoth Road in Manchester.

Andrew Eaton, 55, of Manchester Street in Manchester on aggravated driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and conduct after accident charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving dangerously, striking another vehicle, and causing personal injury while failing to stop on Dec. 26, 2023, on Prescott Street in Manchester.

Brian Studley also known as “B,” 32, with a last known address of Rocky Pond Road in Brookline on attempted domestic violence-first degree assault-deadly weapon, possession of crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He shot at an intimate partner, removing the gun to impair an investigation, and possessing the drug on Dec. 23, 2023, in Manchester, according to the indictment.

Hunter Stulpin, 26, of Roseanne Avenue in Escondido, California, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a child in Manchester between Feb. 12, 2015, and Sept. 5, 2016.

Patrick Sylvester, 23, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of flashing a firearm at another person and saying, “If I have to,” or words to that effect on Dec. 14, 2023, in Manchester.
