Hollis Man Indicted On 10 Child Sexual Abuse Image Counts: Court
NH, Mass. felons indicted on gun possession charges out of Nashua and Merrimack; Wilton man, with priors, indicted on Milford theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Joseph Burgos, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on April 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in January 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Richard Charity, 41, of Taylor’s Way in Hollis on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on Feb. 11 in Hollis.

Makayla M. Cherichel, 23, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of removing a dog, valued at more than $1,500, without paying for it, from Family Pet and Aquarium in Nashua on July 17, 2020. Anthony Clark, 24, of South Main Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a Taurus 9 mm handgun and the drug on March 22 in Merrimack. Previously, Clark was convicted on a robbery charge in January 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Ricky Comtois, 52, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on April 24 on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack. His driving privileges were revoked in July 2011.
Zeth Corron, 34, of Main Street in. Wilton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. While working at Tire Warehouse in Milford on Feb. 17, he was accused of failing to deposit between $1,000 and $1,500.
Joshua Silva, 34, of Weed Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felon in possession felony charge. He was accused of being in possession of a Glock 30 Gen 4 pistol on March 6 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Silva was convicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge, in Middlesex County Superior Court, in August 2012.
Jessica Speidel, 33, of Barbara Lane in Hudson on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of pointing a handgun at another person, while impaired by alcohol, on Dec. 28, 2020, in Hudson.
Dana Tassie, 33, of Marshall Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Jan. 5 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug possession charge in November 2016 in Coos County Superior Court.
Michael Vangpa, 32, of 18th Street in Dracut, MA, on felon in possession and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a Glock 30 Gen 4 pistol on March 5 in Nashua and giving it to Joshua Silva to impair an investigation. Previously, he was convicted of armed robbery in Middlesex County Superior Court in March 2016.
Kevin Voisine, 26, of Malvern Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on April 12 in Nashua.
William Wilder, 51, of South Lincoln Street in Keene on possession of cocaine and stalking-domestic violence charges on Feb. 10 in Merrimack.
