Accused Drug Dealers, Assault Suspects Indicted: Court Roundup

Nashua man indicted for threatening female with a hammer; Concord man indicted for sexual solicitation of a juvenile.

NASHUA, NH — The following were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Elise Adair, of Chestnut Street Manchester, on a Class B felony theft charge. She is accused of stealing a television from a Walmart on April 11. Adair has been twice previously convicted of theft in Rockingham Superior Court.

Erick Anderson, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a Class B felony theft charge. He is accused of stealing merchandise from Sears on April 3. Anderson has been twice previously convicted of theft in the 9th Circuit Court Nashua Division in 2017 and 2018.

Brittney Bellino, of Tolles Street in Nashua, on a Class B felony charge of operation a motor vehicle as a habitual offender. She is accused of illegally operating a vehicle as a certified habitual offender on Gilman Street in Nashua on Aug. 20.

Jessica Bellows, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a Class S felony drug charges. She is accused of selling less than one gram of crack cocaine on May 16 and May 17.

Jonathan Bettancourt, formerly of Lawrence, Massachusetts, on special felony charges of conspiracy to sell fentanyl. He is accused of delivering and selling fentanyl at the direction of Ramon Romero Muniz on over an 18-month span from January 2018 to June 2019. He is accused of selling fentanyl to a confidential source on multiple occasions in Pelham and in Massachusetts in Haverhill and Lawrence in June.

Matthew Blount, of Bowers Street in Nashua, on Class B felony drug possession. He is accused of knowingly possessing fentanyl on April 16.

Chelsi Burke, of Nashua, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. She is accused knowingly possession fentanyl on July 19.

Michael Shaw Carrier, of Webster Street in Manchester, on a Class S felony drug possession charge. Carrier is accused of selling more than one gram of methamphetamine to a person cooperating with the Nashua Police Department.

Matthew Christman, of Danforth Road in Nashua, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. Christman is accused of possessing methamphetamine on June 15.

Ricky Comtois, of Stonebridge Drive in Nashua, on a Class B felony charge of operating a motor vehicle as a habitual offender. Comtois is accused of driving with a suspended license on Daniel Webster Highway on June 11.

Christopher Curtin, of Hall Road in Londonderry, on a Class B felony charge of criminal threatening with a firearm. He is accused of threatening his victim with a gun with a round in the chamber on June 28.

William Mejia-Delisle, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on a Class B felony theft charge. He is accused of stealing more than $1,000 of merchandise from the Ralph Lauren Polo store.

Martin De Los Santos, of Louden Road in Concord, on a Class B felony charge of soliciting a child under age 16 to engage in sex. He is accused of soliciting a topless photo of a 12-year-old female on June 19 and June 20.

Trevor Dineen, of Old Blood Road in Merrimack, on two Class B felony charges of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He is accused of striking someone with his car on June 4 and dragging a victim that was holding onto his car.

Josue Dominguez, of Crown Street in Nashua, on a Class B felony charge of criminal threatening. He is accused of holding a hammer over a female relative’s head and threatening her on July 9.

Franklin Vasquez Nunez, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on Class A felony identity fraud charges. He is accused of trying to cash checks that did not belong to him on July 5.

Margaret Furtado, of Central Street in Nashua, on a special felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She is accused of possessing more than one ounce of methamphetamine with intent to distribute possessing buprenorphine with intent to distribute on June 26.
