Manchester Woman Indicted On First-Degree Assault, Knife Threat Charges: Court Roundup
Elderly Deering man indicted on child porn charges; man accused of fighting with Peterborough cop over gun; Bedford ID fraud indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Gabriel A. Sawich, 29, of Norway Hill Road in Hancock on reckless conduct and possession of MDMA charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and struggling with a police officer over control of a firearm on Feb. 9 in Peterborough.
Wayne Saykaly II, 41, of Youville Street in Manchester on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of applying for a $4,000 loan while using the Social Security numbers of two other people in Bedford on March 28.

Joshua Shea, 32, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of making unprivileged physical contact with another person in the Valley Street Jail in Manchester on May 26.
Arica E. Siegel, 39, a transient in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, and possession of methylphenidate HCI charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs in Bedford and stealing merchandise from Kohl’s department store on March 24.

Venant Sinabuhamagaye, 22, of River Road in Manchester on felony count of intentional contribution to the delinquency of a minor and five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited — crack cocaine with intent to sell on Feb. 28, March 6, March 13, and March 23; and marijuana with intent to sell on March 23. He was accused of attempting to get an underage relative to sell drugs to a confidential informant of the Manchester police on March 6.
Donald Solomon, 75, of West Main Street in Deering on distribution of child sexual abuse images and child pornography charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a photo and sending the image over Microsoft’s peer-to-peer client BingImage on Sept. 26, 2021, in Hillsboro.
Nicholas Starkey, 35, of Harvard Street in Manchester on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of appearing at the home of a protected party in Manchester on March 18. Previously, according to the indictment, Starkey was convicted of stalking in Derry District Court in May 2022.
Demetrius Taylor, 29, of Burgess Drive in Litchfield on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person in Manchester on June 23, 2021, and driving a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed while fleeing from police in Downtown Manchester on Oct. 11, 2022.
Essie Tejada, 32, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on first-degree assault and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing a former intimate partner in the arm and threatening him by saying, “I’m going to kill you if you touch me again,” while holding and pointing a knife at the man on June 9 in Manchester.
Brian Tyrie, 36, of Douglas Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and holding her down on a bed by the wrists on Feb. 19 in Manchester.
