Concord Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault, Beatings, Domestic Violence Charges: Roundup
Plus: Felon indicted on handgun possession charges; Manchester woman faces ID fraud charge; Franklin man indicted on a strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County.
Jackie Roberts, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 14, 2022, in Concord.
Nicholas Rossik, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on April 29, 2022, in Concord.

Austin C. Shelton, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Concord on Aug. 18, 2022, and Hannaford in Concord on Sept. 10, 2022, after being convicted twice on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2020. Shelton was accused of possessing the drug on Sept. 10.
Arica E. Siegel, 39, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony count of identity fraud. She was accused of obtaining information with the intent of posing as another on Oct. 7, 2022, in Concord.

Todd E. Spataro, 56, of Airport Road in Concord on a possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and then dropping a baggie on the ground while exiting a vehicle to impair an investigation on May 25, 2022, in Hooksett.
Scott Stanley, 31, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of pulling a shirt around the neck of an intimate partner, causing her to choke on Oct. 18, 2022, in Franklin.
Brian Stevens, 39, of Park Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts, on two possession of narcotic, oxycodone and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on Route 106 in Loudon on Oct. 19, 2022.
Justin M. Stone, 25, of Hill Road in Franklin on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to a door at Robert’s Market in Franklin.
Andrew Trudell, 38, of Crossmill Road in Concord on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, two felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, eight domestic violence, and seven second-degree-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly assaulting four family members with a closed fist, a foot, a belt, and-or a broomstick between Nov. 26, 2012, and May 8, 2021; accused of striking two girls in their private parts with his leg, to cause humiliation, between April 20, 2010, and May 8, 2021; and also accused of holding a metal blade and-or a knife to the throat of two children between Jan. 1, 2018, and May 8, 2021; All of the charges occurred in Concord.
