Nashua Man Indicted On Murder Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Milford man accused of selling meth; AZ sex offender accused of not disclosing accounts while in Pelham; Merrimack drug indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Marcus Johnson, 33, of Longworth Avenue in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of stalking an intimate partner in Hudson on Oct. 19, 2021, in violation of a protective order from August 2019 after being previously convicted of stalking in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in May 2018.
Robert Kaley, 18, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening two girls by pointing a knife at them on June 21 in Nashua.

Adam Koch, 37, of North Colorado Road in Golden Valley, Arizona, on a felony registration of online identifiers charge. He was accused of not reporting Twitch and Discord accounts to Pelham police between April 1 and July 15, 2021. Previously, Koch was convicted on a registration charge in October 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Eric Lombardi, 35, of Clay Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing bags of fentanyl-heroin and meth on July 21 in Nashua.

Jonathan Marr, 41, of Stonewall Terrace in Atkinson on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on June 16 in Hudson.
Margaret McKernan, unknown age, of Nashua Street in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-attempt charge. She was accused of knowingly ordering a quantity of meth from another person in Nashua on July 15.
Jalen Miller, 29, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 14 in Nashua.
Joshua Shea, 32, of Crown Street in Nashua on felony first-degree murder and second-degree murder charges. He was accused of stabbing Evangelos Ioannou in Nashua on June 7. Read more about this case here: Nashua Police Arrest Suspect In Marshall Street Stabbing
Robert Sleeper, 35, of an unknown address, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony manufacture of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of video recording himself having sex with a 16-year-old on May 31, 2021, in Nashua.
Christopher Swett, 37, of Treaty Court in Fremont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Merrimack on March 16, 2021.
Jeremy Trask, 34, of Foster Road in Milford on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was selling meth to an agent of the Nashua police on Feb. 9 and Feb. 14 and was accused of possessing meth on June 9. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2018.
