Manchester Man Arrested On DUI, Speeding, Other Charges: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Zachary J. Albert, 40, of Concord was arrested at 4:26 p.m. on June 14, 2022, on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Helmi Marie Ryan, 49, of Concord was arrested at 3 p.m. on June 14 on a warrant after an incident on North State Street.

Justin D. Belair, 29, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on June 14 on a felony sex offender registration; failure to comply-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Belair is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault conviction out of Concord from September 2013, of a victim under 16. He has previously been charged.

Tracey Scott Francia, 60, of Concord was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on June 14 on a warrant after an incident on Hall Street.

Kirsten Lee Porter, 29, of Concord was arrested at 2:31 a.m. on June 14 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at 144 Rumford St.

Ryan Xavier Lapointe, 21, of Manchester was arrested at 11:03 p.m. on June 13 on driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, speeding-11 to 15 mph over the limit of 55 mph or less, unlawful possession-intoxication, suspension of vehicle registration, and possession of a marijuana-infused product; under 21, charges. He was arrested after an incident at 406 S. Main St.

Theresa Hope Kenyon, 57, of Concord was arrested on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges at 10:12 p.m. on June 13 at the Friendly Kitchen in Concord.

Jade E. Markham, born 1997, of Northwood was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on June 13 on three bench warrants after an incident at 157 Loudon Road.

Nickolas Lafond, 39, of Rochester was cited at 3:38 p.m. on June 13 on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street.

Davida L. Colantuoni, born 1986, of Saugus, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on June 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 310 Loudon Road.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on June 13 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
