Concord Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Court Roundup
Plus: Northfield man indicted on aggravated DWI, other charges; strangulation indictments; sex offender indicted on Snapchat account charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Fadhil Al-Jibury, 36, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on a felony possession of methamphetamine-subsequent charge on July 29, 2023, in Epsom. According to the indictment, he has been convicted on a previous offense.
Diodonne Bagamba, 45, of Eyon Street in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on second-degree assault and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and stealing two Samsung cell phones on Oct. 22, 2023. Leonard Baggett, 49, of Beauty Hill Road in Barnstead on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to attack others with a metal pipe while holding the pipe in Henniker on Sept. 9, 2023.
Justin Belair, 31, of Rex Drive in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register a Snapchat account with Concord police between Feb. 13 and Aug. 17, 2023.

Jonathan Gagne, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge. He was accused of selling “a quantity of substance that he represented to be a controlled drug” to another person on June 27, 2023, in Concord.
Eric Gipe, 40, of Route 3A in Casleton, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-GHB charge on May 31, 2023, in Hooksett.
Dana Hathaway, 26, incarcerated at the time of the indictment in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on robbery and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and striking her to obtain her debit card in Pembroke on Jan. 2, 2020.
Robert Higgins, 40, of Blueberry Lane in Northfield on two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, two aggravated driving while intoxicated with serious bodily injury, and two tampering with a witness charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2021 Dodge 3500 pickup drunk, crashing into a tree, causing injury to two children, and then telling the children not to tell anyone what happened on Sept. 22, 2023, in Northfield.
Lloyd T. Holt, 53, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent charges, methamphetamine and cocaine, on June 27, 2023, in Bow.
Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 for sexual arousal or gratification on Sept. 19, 2023, in Concord.
Timothy James, 47, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on operate after being certified as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on Sept. 4, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Adam A. Judd, 19, of Frost Road in Hill on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving over the speed limit and passing other vehicles in a no passing zone in Franklin on Sept. 22, 2023.
