Andover Man Indicted On Felony Stalking Charge: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Concord men indicted on drug charges; Ashland woman accused of helping to sneak drugs into prison; Allenstown man indicted on theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Fadhil Al-Jibury, 35, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Target in Hooksett on June 1.

Saturn Star Alleyne, 31, of Winter Street in Ashland on a felony conspiracy to commit-delivery of articles to prisoners charge. She was accused of working in concert with Jorge Alvarado, Joshua Peno, Wendy Sturtevant, Michael Meucci, and others to bring buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord between July 11 and July 14, 2021.

Cameron Amirault, 29, of North State Street in Concord on a felony driving while certified a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on Aug. 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Dustin Averill, 28, of Washington Street in Concord on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges in Bow on July 10.

John Balukonis, 35, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 14 in Hooksett.

Kurt Barton, 34, of Plains Road in Andover on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a restraining order on Oct. 12 in Franklin after previously being convicted of stalking in Newport District Court in September 2016.

Scott Batchelder, 39, of Kelly Road in New Hampton on a felony duty to report; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register a new address with Concord police on Sept. 15. Batchelder is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault charge in Belknap County Superior Court on March 2003.

Shane A. Berube, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and throwing a bag of drugs toward a storm drain on Sept. 24 in Concord.

Dylan J. Bill, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. He was accused of possessing the drug on Sept. 15 in Concord.

The following people were indicted recently in Strafford County Superior Court.

Nickolas J. Lafond, 40, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Rochester on May 19.

Dens Marcellus, 27, with a last known address of Brooklyn Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from CVS in Dover on March 26.
