Manchester Man Indicted On Hooksett Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Pembroke sex offender indicted online identifiers charges; woman indicted on meth dealing charge; felon indicted on Concord machete charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Al-Jibury Fadhil, 37, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on crime while released on bail-possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, methamphetamine, and two crime while released on bail possession of controlled drug-with intent to sell-subsequent, meth, charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on Jan. 16.
Marissa Anderson, 38, of Academy Street in Laconia on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felon charge. She was accused of possessing a machete in Concord on Jan. 19 after previously being convicted of a felony.

Jonathan E. Ball, 63, of Academy Road in Pembroke on two felony registration of online identifiers charges. He was accused of failing to register a Yahoo email account and an online identifier to Pembroke police on Jan. 9. Ball is a sex offender due to a 2011 possession of child sexual abuse images charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.
William Blanchard, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on conspiracy identity fraud and conspiracy falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He agreed with Rudolph Harris and Dillon Corey to create a Facebook account in a woman’s name and send messages to a second woman to deceive a public servant in Boscawen on Jan. 3, engaged in investigating Harris, with Corey posing as the fake person, according to the indictment.

Daniel Boothby, 36, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving on King Hill Road in New London in a reckless manner and placing others in danger on Feb. 10.
Jasmine C. Boudreau, 45, of Pittsfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, a meth, cocaine, and clonazepam mix, meth, and a meth and clonazepam mix, after an incident in Pittsfield on Feb. 8.
Joseph T. Bow, 42, of Gillis Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Jan. 7 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Mitchell Caron, 20, of King Street in Boscawen on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Snack Shack at Jamie Welch Park in Boscawen on Oct. 28, 2023.
Rolando Casiano-Velez, 34, of Spruce Street in Manchester on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman when the victim submitted under circumstances involving false imprisonment or kidnapping between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, 2022, in Hooksett.
James M. Curran, 36, of East Washington Road in Washington on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, and two receiving stolen property, all felonies. He was accused of possessing stolen chainsaws and drugs on June 25, 2023, in Bradford.
