1 Teen Indicted For Knife Threat, Another Indicted On Gun Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Manchester man indicted on assault, kidnapping charges; man indicted on strangulation charge; Merrimack woman indicted on burglary charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Anthony Cadiz, 67, of Manchester Street in Manchester on armed career criminal, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a gun after being convicted on assault and battery, controlled drug possession, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies, in the 1990s.
Jonathan Casavant, 44, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony felon in possession of a firearm charge on Nov. 17, 2023, in Manchester.

Abang Chan, 19, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony attempted second-degree assault charge. She was accused of throwing a knife at another person on Dec. 20, 2023, in Manchester.
Dysani Roux, 19, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. She was accused of waving and pointing a gun at another person while engaged in an altercation with several people on Oct. 29, 2023, in Manchester.

Kailey Rowley, 31, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a delivery of articles prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 14, 2023, at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester.
Justin Ruffen, 32, of Cartier Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 3, 2023, in Manchester.
Kayla Saiko, 30, of Executive Drive in Merrimack on a burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Bodwell Road in Manchester on Nov. 13, 2023.
Ra King Santiago, 18, of East High Street in Manchester on possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies, after an incident involving a motor vehicle crashing into a fence on April 8, 2023, in Manchester.
Joshua Sennott, 50, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on 12 felony willful concealment charges. He was accused of stealing items from BJ’s Wholesale Club in Manchester on Nov. 17, Nov. 22, and Dec. 11, 2023, after previously being convicted on theft charges.
Christopher Sparkman, 44, with a last known address of Willow Street in Manchester, on second-degree assault and kidnapping charges, both felonies. He was accused of slamming an intimate partner’s head into a toilet causing it to break and damage to her ear and forcibly removing her from her home and into a vehicle to drive to another location between Dec. 12 and Dec. 14, 2023, in Manchester.
Karin Strandnes, 55, of Abijah Road in Weare on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle toward another person in Bedford, placing them in danger, on Jan. 21, 2023.
