Prisoners Indicted On Assault Charges: Merrimack Superior Court

Plus, Maine man indicted on drugs in prison charges, Pelham teen, California man, and Gilford man, also all indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Kailey Rowley, 25, upper left, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 14, 2017, in Franklin.

Kristopher Russ, 35, lower left, of Boothbay, ME, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony delivery of articles and possession of a narcotic drug-Suboxone. On Aug. 1, 2017, he allegedly possessed drugs while an inmate at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men.

Devon W. Russell, 18, of Marsh Road in Pelham, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alprazolam allegedly on Sept. 2, 2017, in Concord.

Jedediah Selke, 43, lower middle, of East Saltmarsh Pond Road in Gilford, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 29, 2017, in Franklin.

Rocco Sfara, 42, lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by prisoners. On Nov. 7, 2017, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, he allegedly grabbed a correction officer’s shirt in the chest area and pushed him.

Andrew Smith, 30, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of assault by a prisoner. On Aug. 12, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, he allegedly pushed and punched a correction officer.

Scott S. Staff, 23, of Thrift Road in Malibu, CA, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alprazolam allegedly on Sept. 23, 2017, in Henniker.
