Nashua Woman Indicted On Windham School Theft Charge: Hillsborough Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Felon faces firearm charge; habitual offender indicted after an incident in Merrimack; Manchester woman indicted on a drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Charlene Ricci, 33, of West Hancock Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge in Nashua on Jan. 11. Read more about this case here: Nashua, Hudson Police Arrest 8 After Another Granite Shield Sweep

Kailey Rowley, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Kohl’s in Nashua on Nov. 23, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, Rowley was convicted of theft in Franklin District Court in May 2016 and Concord District Court in August 2016.

Juan Santos, 32, of Beech Street in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers charge. He was accused of possessing a Ruger SR9C semi-automatic pistol on Jan. 31 in Hudson. Santos is a felon due to a robbery conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2013.

Christina Savage, 46, of Pike Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Oct. 7, and Dec. 25, 2022, she was accused of making unauthorized purchases on the Windham Woods School credit card in Nashua.

Jonah Simmons, 25, of Cannongate Road in Nashua on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Buck Meadow Lane in Merrimack on Jan. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
