Concord Police: Gilford woman arrested for forgery, driving onto downtown curbs leads to DWI charge, alleged Franklin firebug busted again.

CONCORD, NH - Jake P. Evans, 22, pictured, of Dicandra Drive in Bow, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015, on three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies, on Storrs Street on March 12, March 18, and March 24, 2015. According to police, Evans is accused of selling molly and MDMA. He was arrested by Bow Police on the warrant. Evans will be arraigned on Jan. 25.

Erika K. Cook, 19, of Perley Street in Concord, received a summons at 4:20 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers and a sergeant were sent to Perley Street for a disturbance report involving an intoxicated teen. She reportedly told the officer she had a few drinks earlier in the evening. During the conversation with officers, she allegedly “started to get upset and argumentative.” The officer reported, “Cook starting yelling and throwing her arms out in the air. At one point, Cook leaned on the back of the cruiser while crying and starting falling down on purpose.” She was then put in handcuffs, PC’s at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, and given a summons. Cook is due in court on Feb. 29.

Starcia M. Kimani, 36, of Annis Drive Lot in Gilford, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2015, for felony forgery, receiving stolen property, and theft by deception, after allegedly forging a check on Nov. 13, 2015, belonging to another woman. She was arrested on a warrant and is due in court on Feb. 8.

Eric D. Lassonde, 23, of Perkins Court in Concord, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2015, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were tipped off to a report of drug use on Perkins Court and the presence of Lassonde, who had an active warrant. A woman answered the door and reported that Lassonde was out on bail since he had been arrested a few weeks before. Police saw Lassonde and he reportedly stated he had to use the bathroom, but was told to stop. He reportedly told the officers that he was going to turn himself in that night. Police later found marijuana allegedly hidden under his foot. He was arrested and held on $5,000 cash bail.

Cassi J. Page, 27, of Heights Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Christopher C. Lyford, 37, of River Road in Plymouth, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge, and Jeffrey D. Reid, 41, of Old Wilton Road in Mont Vernon, on warrants. An officer on South Main Street saw a Buick Century merge in front of the officer’s cruiser, while failing to use a signal, and nearly causing a collision with another car. The vehicle pulled over and when the driver rolled down the window, the officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. Page reportedly stated that her license had recently been suspended but she was working on getting it back, according to the report. The officer checked everyone in the car and found that Lyford had a warrant for revocation and Reid had a bench warrant and Manchester Police warrant. They were all arrested. A bag of marijuana and a glass pipe was allegedly found in Page’s purse.

Benjamin G. Belanger, 25, of Centre Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for driving while intoxicated. Officers in an unmarked cruiser on Loudon Road reportedly saw a vehicle pull into the middle of the intersection of North Main Street and stop. The vehicle then reversed back into the street and waited for the light to turn green. When it did, the vehicle “rapidly accelerated,” took a wide turn onto Centre Street, and hit the median, bouncing off the curb. The vehicle then accelerated to the right and hit the sidewalk curb. The vehicle was pulled over at just past Union Street. The driver – Belanger – allegedly smelled like alcohol, “looked very disoriented,” had slurred speech, and red, glassy eyes. Other officers arrived while Belanger allegedly stepped out of the vehicle “in a staggering manner” and was instantly arrested. While walking to the cruiser, he allegedly swayed side to side, and during processing, he almost fell backward on two different occasions, the officer alleged.

Asha A. C. Plumpton, 19, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2015, for false report of stolen vehicle and unregistered vehicle from Dec. 3, 2015, at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. She’s due in court on Jan. 25.

Amber R. Cowan, 28, of School Street in Franklin, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2015, for default or breach of bail conditions after an incident on Sept. 16, 2015. She was served while being held in the Merrimack County Jail, for allegedly setting her apartment building on fire.

Amy L. Dansereau, 45, of Depot Street in Pittsfield, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2015, for felony theft by unauthorized taking (due to two prior convictions) from an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road on Sept. 6, 2015. She was arrested by Chichester Police and handed over to Concord at the Super Shoes. She was arraigned on Jan. 18.

Laura Smith, of Angela Way in Concord, was arrested was arrested at 8 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2015, for transportation of a controlled drug. Heather J. O’Brien, 19, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was also charged with possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested after a traffic stop on Hall Street for drifting back and forth within the travel lane. The officer smelled marijuana and the driver of the vehicle, Smith, alleged that there was some in the trunk, along with a pipe. O’Brien allegedly possessed a plastic bag of marijuana and they were both arrested. Two other passengers were released from the scene.
