Concord Police Log: Airborne Breast-Feeding Nipple Leads to Assault Charge
Plus, suspicious man at Quality Cash Market arrested on warrants and will concealment charges.

Edward H. Cyr, 54, of Hudson Road in Temple, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2015, for simple assault from Sept. 6, 2015, on Peaceful Lane in Concord. He’s due in court on Nov. 2.
Taylor Carpentier, 21, of Chester Lane in Center Harbor, was arrested at 3:04 a.m. on Sept. 29, on two warrants out of Laconia District Court issued on Aug. 27, 2015, for bail jumping and driving after revocation/suspension. Police were called to the Quality Cash Market on Eastman Street for a report of a suspicious man. When they arrived, they found Carpentier allegedly standing at the entrance of the store. He reportedly told officers he walked from Concord Gardens to be picked up by a friend. After police found out about the warrants, he was arrested.

Dallas G. Clayton, 19, of Maple Street in Newport, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on Sept. 20, for willful concealment at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road for allegedly attempting to steal a bottle of Fish Eye Pinot Grigio valued at $9.99. He’s due in court on Oct. 26.
Kendrick H. Waddell, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Sept. 10, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. Officers were on foot patrol on Ferry Street and came across a number of individuals in a wooded area that was going to be clear-cut later that day. One, Waddell, was allegedly drinking a 25-ounce Naddy Daddy and when he saw the officer, reportedly toss the can aside. Waddell allegedly was slurring his speech, smelled like alcohol, and appeared highly intoxicated, so he was taken into protective custody. “Waddell was stumbling as he walked and almost fell down several times,” the officer alleged, so they held onto each of his arms so he wouldn’t fall. He’s due in court on Oct. 19.

Nicole L. Stackpole, 29, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Aug. 27, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic. The caller alleged that Stackpole had thrown a breast-feeding nipple at him during an argument. He alleged that things had been tense lately due to money and finances, according to the report. At the time, he was taking a shower and Stackpole was reportedly slamming cabinet doors. When he got out, he went to speak with her and also took the baby from Stackpole, who was crying. He began speaking to her about her anger and she allegedly grabbed a “breast-feeding nipple” and threw it at him, hitting his arm. The officer did not observe any injury due to the nipple but the victim filled out a written statement about the incident. The officer went to speak with Stackpole and then arrested her. She’s due in court on Oct. 5.
Joshua F. Kurmai, 19, of Coolridge Road in Milford, CT, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 27, for operating without a valid license and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. An officer saw a Chevrolet Trailblazer with an expired inspection sticker in the parking lot of Target on D’Amante Drive. Kurmai reportedly told the officer he was licensed in Connecticut but dispatch couldn’t find it. The officer spoke to him again and he allegedly admitted that he didn’t have a license. Behind the back seat, police allegedly found an open container of Belvedere Vodka and he was arrested. He’s due in court on Oct. 5.
Latoya Mnanyo, 24, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on Aug. 20, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road for a domestic dispute between a man and a woman. Mnanyo reportedly told police that she was home waiting for her boyfriend to return but he hadn’t. He was supposed to be out with a group of male friends but she found out he was Morning Star. They began arguing and she reportedly stated that she raiser her hand to slap him but decided against it. He then punched her in the face. She was asked to describe how he punched her and according to the report, she showed the officer. He then scratched her on the face, she alleged. The officer took pictures of a few scratches on her fact. The man gave a similar statement – that they were arguing about who could and couldn’t answer his phone. He, however, said the Mnanyo allegedly slapped him across the face and scratched and clawed at him. He reportedly stated that he put his arms up to protect himself but she allegedly kept scratching and hitting him. He then pushed her away. The officer noted a scratch and bleeding behind his ear, according to the report. The officer also spoke to a woman who answered the man’s phone who witnessed the assault. She alleged that Mnanyo was assaulting the man. Mnanyo was then arrested.
Michael Cummings, 46, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on Aug. 20, on a simple assault charge on Beacon Street from Aug. 12, 2015.
Craig S. Laber, 53, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Aug. 20, on a bench warrant and for passing items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle. A sergeant and an officer came into contact with Laber after reportedly seeing him panhandling at Loudon Road near Fort Eddy Road. A check yielded an active warrant out of Concord District Court for theft by unauthorized taking issued on Aug. 18, 2015. He was arrested and also charged with the panhandling ordinance violation.
Mark A. Trottier, 42, of Sand Hill Road in Peterborough, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 20, for possession of controlled drugs (marijuana) from July 14, 2015, on Thorndike Street.
Wilhelmina T. Beauchesne, 44, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on Aug. 18, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault at her home at 7:15 a.m. on the same day.
Riley T. LaClair, 18, of Drew Street in Concord, received a summons at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 18, on an operating without a valid license charge after a traffic stop at Uno’s Car Wash on Loudon Road for reporting cutting through parking lots to escape having to sit at a red light. LaClair reportedly told the officer that he didn’t realize he couldn’t do that. A check yielded a “pending” status on his license so he was issued a summons.
Debbie L. Gilmore, 46, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on Aug. 17, on two counts of violation of a protective order; penalty, from July 28, 2015, on South Street. She was arrested by the Rochester Police and held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
