Concord Police Log: Londonderry Man Allegedly Assaults Woman
Plus, teen allegedly smashes mom's window, man faces numerous felony theft by deception counts, a woman is cited for not stopping for a bus.

Patrick W. Flood, 25, of Fessenden Drive in Boscawen, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on June 25, 2015, on bench warrants. An officer on Washington Street in Penacook ran a check on a pickup truck and found that the registered owner had active warrants. The vehicle was stopped on River Road and the driver, Flood, was arrested. The warrants were for willful concealment, nonappearance in court. He’s due in court on July 8.
Cameron A. Amirault, 21, of Tremont Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on June 24, for a bench warrant as well as seven counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and five counts of theft by deception, four of them felonies. The incidents were from May 13, and May 14, 2015, at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street, the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street, the Hess gas station on North Main Street, and the Irving on North State Street. The bench warrant was out of Franklin District Court from October 2013, for disobeying a police officer, $1,625 bail. He was arrested at home.
Meaghan T. Fazzina, 29, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on June 23, for violation of a protective order; penalty. An officer was sent to Modena Drive for a stalking report. A man alleged that at 5:10 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. he received telephone calls allegedly from Fazzina’s number. The first call was a hang up; on the second call, a woman identifying herself as “Amy” asked to speak to his son. “(The man) recognized the female’s voice to be Meaghan’s,” the report alleged. When the man said the son wasn’t home, the woman reportedly hung up the phone. The officer met with Fazzina outside of the Eagles Club on South Main Street and she alleged that an unknown subject was calling and texting her, threatening her family. The officer asked to see the phone number on her phone. She reportedly showed him and while scrolling through the numbers, the officer allegedly saw the calls to the Modena Drive number. When asked about the call, she allegedly admitted to making them, saying she needed to talk to the subject about his friends. Fazzina was arrested and held without bail.

Antonio Villanueva, 17, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on June 22, on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were called to East Side Drive for a report of a domestic. A woman reported that her son, Villanueva, he reportedly not returned home the night before. When he showed up today, the home was locked. He reportedly told her he wanted to come in and get some clothes because he was staying at a friend’s house and she said No. “Villanueva then became angry,” the report alleged. “She said he kicked the door and broke the window on her front porch using his hand.” Villanueva was not at home at the time but an officer spoke to him later, saw a cut on his hand, and arrested him. He’s due in court on July 27.
Bethany S. Whitcomb, 37, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on June 21, for suspended registration and a bench warrant after a traffic stop on I-393 for an expired inspection sticker. The warrant was out of Laconia District Court for suspended registrations. Whitcomb is due in court on July 27.

Taylor Carpentier, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on June 20, for resisting arrest or detention and two bench warrants. Officers were called to the Shell gas station on Loudon Road near Walmart for a report that Carpentier might be in the store and had active warrants. The warrants were later confirmed out of Boscawen. Dispatch also stated that Carpentier allegedly fled from the Boscawen Police when he was trying to arrest him. The reporting officer found Carpentier at Walmart and while in the store, he allegedly attempted to elude officers. An officer got a hold of him but he allegedly tried to flee. “Carpentier stated that he had not done anything and continued to try and pull away,” the report alleged. “I told Carpentier to stop resisting and to put his hands behind his back. Carpentier refused and his resisting became more aggressive.” He allegedly continued to resist and was warned to stop or he would be Tased. He allegedly didn’t stop, one of the officers let go of him, and he was Tased by another officer. Carpentier allegedly continued to resist and was warned to stop or he would be Tased again. He reportedly stopped and was arrested and held without bail.

Danielle L. Masewic, 41, of Alice Drive in Concord, received a summons at 1 p.m. on May 12, for passing a school bus. An officer met with a bus driver that alleged a past tense school bus violation on Summer Street in Penacook. At around 8:30 a.m., the bus driver was picking up special education students for the Merrimack Valley School District and alleged that a Ford van passed the bus without slowing or stopping. The bus driver also alleged that the van driver flipped him the bird. The lieutenant made contact with the driver, Masewic, who reportedly admitted to not stopping because she didn’t see the bus’ activated signs and waved to say that she was sorry as she passed. She denied flipping the driver off. Masewic was then given a summons.
Dennis Spaulding, 35, of Snow Pond Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on May 12, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on South Spring Street for not stopping at the stop sign on Broadway. Spaulding lost his license privileges for cancellation of insurance on April 15, and had previously been convicted of operating after suspension in September 2012.
Merrick A. Vanhoesen, 19, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on May 11, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. An officer stopped a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am reportedly drifting back and forth over the double yellow lines on Pleasant Street. It then took a left turn onto Merrimack Street without signaling and the officer pulled the vehicle over. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. While speaking with the driver, Vanhoesen, as well as the vehicle’s passengers, the officer allegedly saw a metal grinder with a small amount of marijuana and he was arrested. During a pat down, Vanhoesen allegedly had a pipe in his pocket.
Anthony G. Daylor, 25, (pictured) of Ross Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on May 4, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Officers were sent to Canton Circle for a report of a domestic between a man and woman. When they arrived, they met with a woman in the driveway next to a Honda Civic. A man, later identified as Daylor, reportedly exited the residence and tried to get between one of the officers and the woman. “Daylor was hostile and verbally aggressive,” the reporting officer alleged. “I asked him to speak with me in front of the residence, he again tried to walk away from us. I then escorted him to the front of the residence and asked him to speak with me.” Instead, Daylor reportedly asked if he was under arrest. When told he wasn’t, he allegedly stated, “Fine, I’m leaving,” but was told he was unable to leave since they were investigating an incident. Daylor allegedly “became enraged” and was cuffed. A New Hampshire state trooper held him while officers sorted out what happened. According to a witness, who heard yelling outside and went to see what was going on, the woman was locked inside the vehicle and Daylor was allegedly yelling and swearing at her. The woman began honking the horn and Daylor allegedly began kicking and punching the car. The woman then drove away but later, came back to the house and the arguing continued, according to the report. The witness told Daylor that he needed to stop yelling and alleged that Daylor countered, “If you don’t mind your business, I’m going to kick your ass.” The woman exited the Civic and Daylor allegedly grabbed her by both arms and threw her to the ground, according to a court affidavit. The officer noted both the damage to the vehicle and redness on the woman’s arms, as well as fresh blood just below her elbow. Daylor was then arrested and held without bail.
