Alleged Franklin Strangler, Concord Burglar, Others Indicted

Plus, Manchester man allegedly uses vehicle as a weapon against Concord cops, man indicted for stealing Xbox systems, drug indictments, too.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Kyle J. Tacy, 27, of Evergreen Avenue in Franklin, for second-degree assault and domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-criminal threatening and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. On June 7, 2017, he allegedly strangled, covered the mouth of, and threatened to beat and kill an intimate partner with a hammer in Franklin.

Christopher Tessier, 20, pictured upper left, of Bridge Street in Manchester, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and possession of a narcotic drug-heroin with intent to distribute, both felonies, allegedly on May 17, 2017, in the area of Hooksett Road in Hooksett.

Jonathan Thompson, 28, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Alprazolam allegedly on Aug. 30, 2015, in Chichester. Samarah Thurston, 33, pictured upper middle, of Penwood Drive in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for accomplice to burglary, a felony, and receiving stolen property. On Aug. 19, 2015, she allegedly acted in concert with Christopher Head to burglarize a home on Carter Hill Road. The property charge stems from an alleged incident belonging to a woman who lived in an apartment on Penwood Drive.

Tyler Twombly, 32, pictured upper right, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly accelerating away in his motor vehicle while a door was ajar and three Concord Police officers were within inches of the vehicle on May 16, 2017.

William Warman, 42, of Central Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly in Franklin on May 16, 2017.

Brandon Whitworth, 35, of Pearl Street in Henniker, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing a ring from a Henniker resident on March 19, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of receiving stolen property in Strafford County Superior Court in August 2011, and September 2014.

Angela Wooster, 20, of Lexington Drive in East Wakefield, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Burprenorphine allegedly on June 1, 2017, in Concord.

John Zylicz, 34, pictured lower left, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing Xbox systems from the Walmart in Hooksett on Jan. 2, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft offenses.
