Manchester Man Arrested On Reckless Conduct, Other Warrants: Cop Log
Alleged prowler with priors arrested on drug, theft charges, Epsom man faces vandalism charge, men arrested on trespass, warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Austin J. Johnson, year of birth 1987, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on May 29, 2017, for suspended registration and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on the Gully Hill section of Loudon Road.
Frank J. Barry, YOB 1962, of Eastman Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on May 30, 2017, on a bench warrant.

Victoria C. Cloud, YOB 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at the Concord Public Library on Green Street.
Rebecca A. Maines, YOB 1974, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for prowling, possession of controlled drugs, and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Phillip T. Cyr, YOB 1996, of North Pembroke Road in Epsom, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on May 30, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Toys R Us on Loudon Road.
Daswan Jette, YOB 1996, of Pinehurst Street in Penacook, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on May 31, 2017, on two counts of second-degree murder, conduct after an accident, and two counts of false report on an accident. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Penacook Place Apartments. The accident and false report charges stem from an alleged incident on Maple Street.
Tyler Twombly, YOB 1985, of Wilson Street in Manchester, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on May 31, 2017, on two counts of reckless conduct, resisting arrest or detention, disobeying an officer, transportation of alcohol/open container, and one-way road and rotary violations. The charges stem from alleged incidents on South Main Street near D’Angelos. Twombly was arrested on May 30, in Manchester after an officer in the Queen City spotted him and knew he had an active warrant out of Concord. The officer approached Twombly and attempted to arrest him but he allegedly began to resist and attempted to grab the officer’s gun, according to police. A second officer arrived and saw that Twombly allegedly had a gun in his waistband and was trying to retrieve it, according to a report. A third officer arrived as he was pinned to the ground but allegedly wouldn’t stop struggling, so he was Tased by police. The gun, according to Manchester Police, was reported stolen from Auburn.
Keith C. Samson, YOB 1988, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on May 31, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.
