Alleged Gun Thief, Burglar, Others Indicted in Merrimack County: Roundup
Concord woman habitual offender indicted after alleged drunk driving Loudon Road crash and Dalton, Manchester men indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Alan Johnstone, 26, pictured lower right, of Fair Street in Laconia, for two counts theft by unauthorized taking, two counts of convicted felons, and burglary, all felonies. On July 25, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Smith Hill Road in Franklin and stole two handguns. Johnstone was previously convicted of burglary in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2014.

Sarah Keith, 32, pictured upper right, of Burns Avenue in Concord, for operating while deemed a habitual offender, a felony, for allegedly driving on Loudon Road in Concord on June 23, 2016, after an alleged DWI crash.
Jamie Labrie, 38, of Henriette Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and breach of bail, allegedly on July 25, 2016, in Hooksett. He was previously released on bail on May 12, 2016.

Ryan Laventure, 50, of Highland Park Avenue in Manchester, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender, allegedly on June 29, 2016, on I-93 in Bow.
Joseph P. Martell, 32, of Queen Street in Boscawen, for operating while deemed a habitual offender, a felony, disobeying a police officer, operating after suspension, false report to law enforcement, and resisting arrest or detention. On June 10, 2016, in Boscawen, he was allegedly driving on King Street and reportedly failed to stop for a police officer. After stopping, he allegedly gave a false name and pushed an officer while being handcuffed.
Ryan Mitchell, 23, of Warren Street in New Boston, for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, heroin, allegedly on July 17, 2016, in Concord. He was previously convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2014.
Cheryl Ondusa, 30, pictured lower left, of Union Street in Laconia, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On April 21, 2016, she allegedly stole items from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord. Ondusa was convicted of theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2013 and October 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Glen Peace, 46, pictured upper left, of Trestle Lane in Goffstown, for burglary, receiving stolen property, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. On July 4, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a Crestwood Drive home in Concord and stole a bike. Peace was previously convicted of receiving stolen property twice in January 1992 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Gray Peterson, 25, of Concord Gardens in Concord, for receiving stolen property, a felony, for allegedly stealing a gold ring on March 11, 2016, in Concord. Peterson was previously convicted of shoplifting twice in February 2009 in Concord District Court.
Anthony Plant, 25, of Whitefield Road in Dalton, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl. On July 6, 2016, on I-93 in Canterbury, he was allegedly in possession of the drug. Plant was convicted of possession of controlled drug in Rockingham County Superior Court in September 2015.
