Alleged Drug Dealer Now Faces Assault Charges: Log

Police: Concord man arrested for DWI again, sock bulge leads to drug charge, disturbance at homeless camp leads to drug, trespass charges.

CONCORD, NH — Kourtney O’Connor, 24, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on July 17, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on South Street.

Natasha R. Bruce, 26, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on July 17, 2016, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault after an alleged incident at the Concord Gardens apartments.

Ryan J. Mitchell, 22, of Warren Drive in New Boston, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on July 17, 2016, on a warrant an possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at the Concord Gardens. According to a court affidavit, officers were sent to the Gardens for a domestic incident. While there, they found that Mitchell had an active warrant for a parole violation after being convicted of heroin possession. He was taken into custody. While walking to the police cruiser, the officer noticed that he was "moving around" and then allegedly saw him holding a small plastic bag with a powdery substance. When asked if he pulled the bag out of his underwear, he allegedly stated, "Yes." A field test yielded a negative result for heroin, according to the affidavit.

Gregory Callahan, 55, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on July 17, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Cole L. Sisk, 44, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on July 17, 2016, for DWI, DWI-second offense, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested at the Circle K/Irving on Loudon Road.

Timothy Potter, 54, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on June 6, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault. Police were sent to a domestic on Manchester Street. When they arrived, the man – Potter – allegedly told officers that the incident was only verbal, according to a court affidavit. The victim and a witness reportedly stated that Potter got made while the woman was speaking on the phone and he allegedly grabbed her hand and the phone at the same time, and ripped it out of her hand, according to the affidavit. Potter was then arrested, refused bail, and was held.

Jon Knowles, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on June 5, 2016, for criminal trespass and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, after officers were sent to North Main Street for a report of a disturbance in the woods near Horseshoe Pond. When they arrived, they found numerous individuals – including Knowles – reportedly trespassing at a campsite in the woods. “Knowles was holding a multi-colored glass smoking device to his lips and there was smoke coming from his mouth,” the officer alleged, adding that it smelled like marijuana. Knowles had reportedly been given warnings to vacate the property on May 31, and June 4, so he was arrested for trespassing. He allegedly resisted arrest but stopped when asked, according to the report. Knowles was taken straight to the Merrimack County House of Corrections, “due to Knowles aggressive, hostile, and uncooperative behavior (challenging officers to fight and stating that once the handcuffs came off, he was going to assault officers), it was evident that he would not allow the booking process to occur,” according to a court affidavit.

Anthony M. Shinholster, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on June 2, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-marijuana after being called to The Friendly Kitchen for a report of an intoxicated man reportedly harassing a woman and her friend. The woman alleged that the man, Tony, later identified as Shinholster, threatened to follow them home after not stopping the harassment, according to a report. Police spoke to Shinholster and he allegedly admitted that he had been talking to them, had already apologized for saying he would follow them home, and was now leaving them alone. While speaking with him, and officer alleged that he had “a noticeable bulge protruding from (his sock)” and Shinholster allegedly admitted that he was in possession of “weed,” and was arrested.

Christopher L. Sieradski, 32, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on May 27, 2016, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, resisting arrest or detention, unsworn falsification, felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, and a bench warrant for theft by unauthorized taking from the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road two days before. In the first incident on May 25, officers were sent to the Loudon Road store for a report of a fight in the parking lot. A store employee alleged that a man in pink socks had stolen some candy from the store, they fought in the parking lot, and the man fled. He has also been in the store the day before, the clerk stated. Concord Fire and Rescue teams were called in to assist the clerk. An officer caught up with a potential suspect matching the description behind Nasar. The man – ID’d as Derek – reportedly denied being at the store and wouldn’t allow the officer to look in his bag. He was released from the scene and the officer went back to the store, interviewed the clerk, and eyed security footage of the individual. Two days later, the officer was called to Hannaford for a theft incident and the man involved was the same man from the 7-Eleven incident, according to a court affidavit. After allegedly resisting arrest, the man was cuffed and later, the officer found out that his real name was Sieradski and he was using another man’s name, according to reports. More charges were added and he was held without bail.
