Elderly East Kingston Man Charged with Conduct After an Accident: Log
Police: Laconia woman with priors arrested for stealing sleep garments; homeless man allegedly pushes cop while another faces a meth charge.

CONCORD, NH - Cheryl Ondusa, 30, of Union Street in Laconia, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on April 21, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An officer was sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of a shoplifter that allegedly stuffed her purse with clothes, left the store, and didn’t pay for the merchandise, according to an arrest report. The woman – Ondusa – was being followed by a store employee and allegedly admitted to the theft. The value of the items – a Secret Treasures shirt, a pair of sleep pants, a robe, a cami, tank top, and capris – was about $57, according to the report. Ondusa was always wanted by the Nashua Police Department so she was arrested. Since she had two prior felony theft convictions – January 2013 in Hillsborough County Court-North, and June 2013 in Merrimack County Superior Court – the charge was elevated to a felony. She’s due in court on May 23.

Peter T. Brown, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on April 20, 2016, on two counts of simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal trespass. Officers were sent to the Market Basket on Storrs Street for a report of an intoxicated man who wouldn’t leave the store. An employee alleged that the man was “extremely intoxicated” and wouldn’t leave the store when asked after using “profane language in front of customers.” The man reportedly told the employee to, “Call the cops.” So he did, according to a court affidavit. The reporting officer alleged that Brown had glossy eyes and smelled like alcohol. The officer reportedly directed him to move out of the parking lot and onto the sidewalk and that’s when “Brown stumbled over to me and was making grunting noises” and then allegedly push and struck the officer in the chest, according to the affidavit. “I told Brown not to touch me and he reached out and tried to push me again but missed touching me,” the officer alleged. “I told Brown to put his hands behind his back because he was under arrest.” He allegedly resisted arrest by stepping away and then tensing his arms. Brown was held without bail.

Ahmad Abdulkarim, 33, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on April 19, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from Sept. 18, 2015, $261 cash to settle. He was arrested after police were sent to a crash at the intersection of Woodman and Minot streets. Abdulkarim was a passenger in one of the vehicles, according to his arrest report. Abdulkarim’s due in court on June 6.

Jason D. Woody of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on April 18, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Officers were sent to Old Suncook road for a report of a domestic with a woman alleging that her boyfriend hit her and broke her glasses. One officer spoke to the woman who alleged that Woody struck her on the left side of her head with an open hand, which caused her glasses to break. The officer noted that there was a crack on the frame and the arm of the glasses was bent, according to the report. He also noted redness on her face although reported that the other side of her face looked just as red. She reportedly stated that Woody would probably blame it on her since she had one beer that evening, according to the report. The officer noted that she didn’t seem intoxicated. Another officer spoke with Woody who allegedly stated that the argument was heated but not physical. When asked about the glasses, he reportedly stated that she must have dropped and accidentally stepped on them, according to the report. Woody was arrested and arraigned the next day.
Bruce S. Allen, 73, of Eaton Woods Road in East Kingston, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on April 18, 2016, for conduct after an accident from April 5, 2016, on Water Street near the Common Man Restaurant. He was arrested by the Kensington Police and transferred to Concord Police at Route 101/I-93. Allen is due in court on June 6.
Debbie L. Gilmore, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on April 18, 2016, for simple assault from an alleged incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street on March 26, 2016. An officer on foot patrol near The Friendly Kitchen ran a check on Gilmore, to see if she had any active warrants and she did. She was arrested and is due in court on May 23.
Gregg W. Deperry, 21, of Erin Drive in Bow, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on April 18, 2016, for conduct after an accident from an alleged incident on April 11, 2016, on I-93 over South Main Street. He’s due in court on May 23.
Justin M. Sorrenty, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on April 16, 2016, for felony possession of controlled drugs (methamphetamine). Officers were sent to Montgomery Street for a report of a man carrying a large knife and that he may have cut himself with it, according to a court affidavit. The officers arrived and stated that the man – Sorrenty – allegedly had two large knives. He was ordered the knives and cuffed for officer safety. Sorrenty had an active warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court for violation of probation, with a $5,000 cash bail requirement and he was arrested. Another officer reportedly found a needle, a wallet with bag in it. The bag contained three other baggies and two allegedly had a crystal substance inside. A field test later tests presumptive positive for methamphetamine.
