Accused Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Merrimack County
Plus: Henniker man accused of strangling intimate partner; Hooksett auto dealer indicted on theft charges; other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Desiree Kenyon, 24, pictured bottom right, formerly of Concord and currently held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, on a felony acts prohibited, committed while on release. Kenyon is accused of dispensing or selling a controlled drug– fentanyl – to Spencer Grayson in July 2017, while out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court.
Benjamin Ashforth, 31, of Lang Road in Deerfield, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited, a felony. He's accused of being in possession of methamphetamine in Concord on March 12, 2019.

Samantha Adams, 32, of Valley Street in Franklin, on two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-meth and fentanyl, both felonies, in Andover on Dec. 17, 2018. She was previously convicted of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2011.
Daniel Acorn, 18, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, for felony conspiracy to commit burglary. He is accused of working with Marcus Patterson and/or Benjamin Rockwell and discussed "hitting the Engen," a store on Pinewood Road in Allenstown. Patterson is accused of driving Acorn and Rockwell to the store; Rockwell is accused of breaking a window, entering the building, and taking merchandise from the store while Acorn and Patterson waited outside.

Travis K. Allard, 40, pictured bottom center, of Rockland Avenue in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-meth on March 12, 2019, in Concord, and on March 21, in Loudon. Previously, Allard was convicted on charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2018.
John Brinley Jr., 36, of Andrew Street in Manchester, on felony possession of a narcotic drug-a mix of fentanyl, heroin, MDMA, and meth, in a jar, on Feb. 6, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, he was convicted in February 2018.
Tahj J. Burton, 21, of Main Street in Henniker, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault. He is accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 2, 2019, in Henniker.
Russell Berry, 54, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception, both felonies. Between January 2014, and December 2017, while doing business as Classic Auto Works of Hooksett, he is accused of not performing restoration services on a 1969 Ford Bronco and instead, sold the vehicle and kept the proceeds for himself.
Larry D. Baisden, 54, of Maine Avenue in Sanford, Maine, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on April 15, 2019, in Concord.
Nathan Bond, 40, pictured bottom left, formerly of Chichester, currently incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, on three felony sale of a controlled drug charge-meth. In December 2018, he's accused of selling the drug on Loudon Road in Concord, Village Street in Penacook, and King Street in Boscawen. At the time, Bond was on bail from the Merrimack County Superior Court on a drug charge.
