Another Alleged Wrong-Way Drunk Driver Arrested on I-93
NHSP arrested Matthew Adlard of Gilmanton on numerous charges this morning.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was arrested on I-93 this morning allegedly driving south in the northbound lane, according to New Hampshire State Police. Matthew Adlard, 21, of Gilmanton, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2016, and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless conduct, and possession of a controlled drug, and transportation of a controlled drug.

State troopers from Troop D in Concord were sent to the town of New Hampton for a report of a Hyundai Elantra driving southbound in the northbound lane, according to Lt. N.A. Noyes of the NHSP. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Adlard, arrested.

Adlard was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 1.
