Bay State Drivers Face Aggravated DUI Charges In New Hampshire

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Troop A

Megan Phillips, 45, of Barrington, was arrested on April 25, 2019, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Route 125 in Rochester.

Laurel Nevinslong, 60, of Belchertown, was arrested. On April 22, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge.

Blaise Mabuka, 50, of Lynn, MA, was arrested on April 21, on driving under the influence and aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16 charges on I-95 South in Hampton.

Sarah Duplessis, 31, of Sanford, ME, was arrested on April 21, on an aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+ charge. She was arrested in Dover on Portland Avenue and Rogers Street.

Timothy Parks, 35, of Portsmouth, was arrested on April 20, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08. He was arrested on I-95 South in Portsmouth.

Christopher Morris, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on a driving under the influence charge on April 20. He was arrested on I-95 North in Hampton.

Matthew Sommer, 32, of Kingston, was arrested on April 19, on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08 charges. He was also cited for a traffic control device violation and prevention of noise; motor vehicle; muffler violation on Exeter Road in Newfields.

Taylor Neal, 27, of Portsmouth, was arrested on April 19, on driving under the influence-second offense and resisting arrest or detention on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

Jacob Ciechon, 24, of Pelham, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on April 25, on I-93 South near Exit 2 in Salem.

Michael Holbrook, 44, of Manchester, was arrested on April 25, on two driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested on I-293 in Manchester.

Joshua Wortman, 26, of Brattleboro, VT, was arrested on April 23, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Aline Ferreira Rocco, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on April 23, on an operating without a valid license charge on I-93 North off Exit 6 in Manchester.

Donald Johnson, 28, of Manchester, was arrested on April 23, on an operating without a valid license charge on I-293 South in Manchester near Exit 4.

James Robinson, 28, of Manchester, was arrested on April 21, for driving under the influence on Wyman Road in Deering.

Shylah Carter, 27, of Manchester, was arrested on April 20, on a driving under the influence-second offense charge. She was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Melissa Cote, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on April 21, on multiple charges including aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16, driving under the influence, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and open container. She was arrested on I-93 North on the Exit 8 offramp.

Graziele Pimenta, 41, of Watertown, MA, was arrested on April 19, on operating without a valid license and speeding – 11-15 mph over the 65 mph limit – charges on I-93 South in Salem.

Troop D

Kyle Orrico, 34, of Somerville, MA, was arrested on April 25, on a reckless operation charge on I-93 South in Canterbury.

Gregory Smith, 29, of Manchester, was arrested on April 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 North near the Hooksett Tolls.

Marcel Mason, 33, of Berlin, was arrested on Loudon Road in Concord on April 24, on a bench warrant.

Angel Pagan, 20, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested on April 24, on a reckless operation charge on I-93 South in Bow.

Bonita Paul, 34, of Deering, was arrested on April 24, on driving after revocation and suspension and speeding – 16-20 mph over the 65 limit – charges on I-89 south in Concord.

Keith Rucci, 35, of Sunapee, was arrested on April 24, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charges stems from an incident on I-93 North near Exit 13 in Concord.

David Makin, 45, of Manchester, was arrested on April 23, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and speeding – 21+ over the 65 limit – charges. He was arrested on I-93 South in Concord.

Robert Harris, 26, of St. Johnsbury, VT, was arrested on April 23, on a conduct after an accident charge on I-93 North near Exit 20 in Tilton.

Kevin Allen, 66, of Bradford, was arrested on April 22, on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges on I-89 North near Exit 8 in Warner.

Darrell Scott, 34, of Deerfield, was arrested on April 22, on reckless operation and disobeying an officer charges on Route 202 West in Hopkinton.

Jeremy Allin, 48, of Lancaster, was arrested on April 22, on driving under the influence and possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested on I-93 South near Exit 14 in Concord.

Brandy McGirr, 34, of Nashua, was arrested on April 21, on numerous charges including driving under the influence, conduct after an accident, reckless conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and obstructing government administration. She was arrested on I-93 South in Tilton.

Lorena Ramalho, 51, of Manchester, was arrested on April 21, on a driving after revocation or suspension charges on I-93 North in Concord.

Peter Nguyen, 27, of Dorchester, MA, was arrested on April 21, on a reckless operation charge. He was arrested on I-89 South in New London.

Jaymes Aaron, 22, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and breach of bail charges on I-89 North in New London near Exit 12.

William Partridge, 43, of Salisbury, was arrested on simple assault charges on Nichols Mill Lane in Warner on April 22.

Skylar Deyo, 21, of Enfield, was arrested on April 21, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after a stop on I-393 East in Concord.

Blake Camire, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on April 21, on I-93 North in Concord.

Duane Hardy, 40, of Concord, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Tracy Blodgett, 51, of Concord, was arrested on April 19, on a possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge. He was arrested at the Stickney Avenue Park & Ride bus terminal.

Melissa Dame, 44, of Newport, was arrested on a reckless operation charges on I-89 South in Hopkinton on April 19.

Sincere Thomas, 19, of Concord, was charged on April 19, with unlawful possession/intoxication on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Amanda McLane, 24, of Nashua, was arrested on April 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 North in Concord before Exit 12.

Derek Jaffe, 49, of Contoocook, was arrested on April 19, on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08 charges. He was arrested on Schoodac Road in Warner.

Other NHSP Arrests

Jeffrey Schuster, 45, of Concord, was arrested on April 20, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Waterford Place in Gilford.

Michael Charron III, 22, of Milford, was arrested on April 19, on Route 119 in Fitzwilliam on driving under the influence, speeding – 11-15 mph over the 55 limit, and open container charges.
