Boscawen, Concord Residents Face Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Whitney J. Lamarre, born 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2019, on a theft by deception charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Kevin Gobeil, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 14, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

Zachary S. Lucas, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on Sept. 13, on a criminal trespass charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Loudon Road on Gully Hill near the Shell gas station.

Jade Sabrina Temple, born 1999, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. on Sept. 12, on a bench warrant at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Jesse R. Tripp, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on Sept. 10, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Rotary Park on Old Turnpike Road.

Jeffrey R. Vachon, 56, of Concord, was arrested on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges at 1:56 a.m. on Sept. 8. Officers were sent to Pembroke Road for a report of an assault, according to a court affidavit. They spoke with a woman who accused Vachon of throwing her into a television and bending back one of her fingers, causing an injury. An officer documented the injury and conditions at the scene. When speaking with Vachon, the reporting officer accused him of being "possibly under the influence" and "irrational and aggressive." He was then arrested.

Adam Michael Jutkiewicz, born 1986, of Northfield, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on Sept. 6, on two driving while intoxicated charges on Storrs Street near Market Basket.

Kelsi Nadeau, born 1997, of Boscawen, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on Sept. 5, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Melinda McDonald, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on Sept. 4, on deal/possession prescription drugs and five counts of possession of a controlled drug after an incident on South State Street.
