Teen Charged With Criminal Mischief At Parking Garage: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Desiree M. Charter, year of birth 1986, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. on March 30, 2019, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Caleb Anthony Leclair, year of birth 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on March 30, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. The charges stem from an incident in the Community Drive/Merrimack Valley High School area of Penacook.

Gabriel Matthew Ouellette, year of birth 2000, of Concord, was arrested for criminal mischief on March 29, at around 9:14 a.m. The charge stems from an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Robert L. Ayer, year of birth 1981, of Loudon, was arrested at 5:34 a.m. on March 28, for theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. He was arrested at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Timothy R. Murray, year of birth 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on March 26, on a charge of violation of probation or parole on North Main Street.

Christian C. Omusu, year of birth 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on March 25, on a criminal trespass charge. Also arrested were Benjamin Speigel, year of birth 1999, of Concord, and Joseph D. Nepa, year of birth 2000, of Penacook, also on criminal trespass charges. They were charged after an incident on Jennings Drive.

Claufy L. Bongambe, year of birth 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 22, on a violation of a protective order charge on South Street.

Jade Sabrina Temple, year of birth 1999, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a warrant at 8:03 p.m. on Feb. 20, at Ocean State Job Lob on D’Amante Drive.
