Concord Man Accused Of Numerous, Repeated Assaults: Police
Sean Stiasny has been arrested numerous times during the past few months on domestic violence, assault, and resisting arrest charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Concord man is facing numerous assault charges in court having been arrested at least seven times since late July, according police reports and court affidavits. The last time he was arrested, on Oct. 14, Sean Stiasny, 30, of Rex Drive in Concord, was held without bail. On the day in question, an officer was sent to a manufactured home park off Fisherville Road for a report of a domestic incident.
When the officer arrived, he spoke with Stiasny, someone he knew from previous contacts, and asked him what was going on. He claimed that a family member restrained his arms and hurt him.
"I did not see any marks on Sean's arms," the officer wrote in a report.

As the officer was speaking with Stiasny, a man and woman walked up to them and Stiasny reportedly stated he didn't want "them" near him. The officer kept them separated while another officer arrived.
The first officer then spoke with the man and woman who stated Stiasny had come to the home "angry" and accused him of kicking the woman in the thigh. After that, the man attempted to hold Stiasny to "calm Sean down." When he thought he had calmed down, he released him, "and Sean then grabbed onto (the woman's) hair and started pulling it," the affidavit stated.

The man then stated he held onto Stiasny's wrist to "prevent him from hitting (the woman) anymore." The woman confirmed the incident and Stiasny was arrested and held.
According to a second affidavit, in late September, an officer was sent to Concord Hospital for a report of man who was being discharged but refused to leave. As the officer arrived at the emergency room, he saw a security guard "physically struggling with Stiasny" to "prevent him from trying to kick (a staff member)."
The staff member stated Stiasny was in restraints earlier but reportedly agreed to stop struggling. When he was freed, "Stiasny began to swing his leg forward and backwards in a kicking motion" at the staffer, the report stated. Stiasny is accused of landing one of the kicks into a staff member's chest. Stiasny was reportedly put back in restraints, agreed later to calm down, but when he was released again, struck the staffer in the left side of his head with an elbow, the affidavit stated.
A report was filed on Sept. 27 and an affidavit filed on Oct. 14.
Previously, Stiasny was arrested on Oct. 8 on domestic violence and assault charges, domestic violence and assault on Sept. 19, simple assault, domestic violence, and resisting arrest on Sept. 9, resisting arrest on Aug. 29, and domestic violence and simple assault twice during a four hour period on July 30.
