Missouri Man Arrested On Extraditable Drug Warrant: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — John Bureau, born 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2019, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Mennino Place Apartment Complex on Storrs Street.

Micaela A. Lowry, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on Sept. 14, on a DUI charge. She was arrested on Lilac Street.

Desiree C. Kenyon, born 1995, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Sept. 13, on a warrant. She was arrested at the Irving gas station on Fisherville Road.

Sean Michael Duvall, born 1982, of Ozark, Missouri, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Sept. 12, on an arrest prior to requisition warrant. He was arrested after a traffic stop on I-393 on an electronic device use violation. According to an affidavit, Duvall had a fully extraditable warrant out of Christian County Missouri on a dangerous drugs charge. He was arrested and held without bail.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of an unknown address, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 9, on simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges in the Hutchins to Bog Road area of the city.

Donald Lee Buffum, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:41 p.m. on Sept. 7.

Emily A. Vandemark, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Sept. 6, on a willful concealment charge at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Kody A. Osgood, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on Sept. 5, on a bench warrant as well as resisting arrest or detention, deal/possession prescription drugs, criminal threatening, and two possession of controlled drug charges on Iron Works Road.

Brianna Elizabeth Bourdeau, born 1995, of Boscawen, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a bench warrant.
