Concord Man Arrested On Assault Charges Twice In 4 Hours: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Kenneth F. Brunelle Jr., born 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on July 31, 2019, on a criminal mischief charge.

Brittany Alexis Freeman, born 1997, of Franklin, was arrested at 11 a.m. on July 31, on a theft of lost/mislaid property-less than $1,000 at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on July 30, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested in the Hutchins and Bog Road area of the city. Stiasny was arrested again at 10:13 p.m. on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Josie L. Genest, born 1999, of Belmont, received a summons at 5:30 p.m. on July 29, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Emerson Jaques Figueiredo, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on July 28, on second-degree murder-reckless and second-degree murder-knowing charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an incident at the Branch Turnpike.

Curtis James Ayer, 30, homeless, was arrested at 11 p.m. on July 25, on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. According to a court affidavit, an officer was sent to Water Street for a report of an intoxicated man, walking from the Quick Stop Convenience Store on South Main Street, along Water Street, at around 9:30 p.m. An officer in the area met with the caller who stated that the man was now at the Speedway on Hall Street. The officer headed to the gas station and met with a man matching the description. The man was later identified as Ayer. The officer accused the man of being intoxicated and while running a check on him, found that he was trespassed from the Speedway and was out on bail after a previous arrest. Ayer was taken into custody and held.

James Bub Bullock, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on July 25, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Fisherville Road area of the city.

Reed Barry Desrosiers, born 1952, of Canterbury, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on July 23, on driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges at the Friendly's Restaurant on North Main Street.

Abdallah Juma, born 1999, of Manchester, received a summons at 1:57 a.m. on July 23, on an operating without a valid license charge on Loudon Road near Gully Hill.
