CONCORD, NH — Adam J. Brill, 42, of Concord was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on July 22, 2021, on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident at 344 Loudon Road. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 23.

Nicholas Rossik, 25, of South State Street in Concord was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on July 21 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges. At around 9:30 p.m. on July 20, police were sent to South State Street for a domestic incident reported by a neighbor, a woman and a man driving around, yelling at each other. En route, the officer found out Rossik had an order against him from being near the woman — who previously had an order against her, too, according to prior police reports from the address. The officer spoke to the neighbor and a relative of the victim who accused Rossik of being with the woman. The relative said she heard Rossik during a three-way telephone call, an affidavit stated, while the neighbor said she exchanged words with Rossik about a cart in the driveway earlier but he was alone at the time. The officer listened to the call, which the relative recorded, and “could hear Nicholas in the background,” an affidavit said. The relative urged the woman to call the police and the man’s voice could be heard saying, “Why, so I can go to jail?,” the report stated. The officer checked the bail order, found it was active, and issued a warrant for Rossik’s arrest.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 61, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on July 20 on a felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. He was arraigned in superior court on July 21. Bilodeau was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in August 1991.
