Concord Man Charged With Indecent Exposure/Lewdness: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan Daniel Sullivan, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on June 23, 2019, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions. He was charged after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.

Liza Marie Lufkin, born 1975, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:04 p.m. on June 22, after an incident in the Airport Road/Old Turnpike Road area of the city.

Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on June 21, on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Sylvia S. Stokes, born 1940, of Hooksett, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on June 21, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and conduct after an accident after an incident at 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook.

Ross Jay Colby, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on June 20, on a simple assault charge on Manchester Street in the area of Airport Road.

Caleb J. Standley, born 1965, of Concord, pictured, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on June 17, on an indecent exposure/gross lewdness charge in an apartment on North State Street.
