CONCORD, NH — Mark E. Kibbee, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on July 6, 2021, on stalking and violation of a protective order charges. Police were sent to The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street for a report of a domestic violence ordinance violation. A woman claimed Kibbee was stalking her. Dispatch confirmed the protection order was active between the two, having been issued five days before, a report stated. The reporting officer viewed surveillance footage at the facility, tracking the interaction of both. During that footage, the officer stated both moved around the area of the kitchen, appearing to stay away from each other and then, at one point, the woman begins yelling at another person. Toward the end of the footage, the officer wrote, the woman leaned over a railing and extended her phone to Kibbee. He later stood up and walked toward where she was standing in the road. He was arrested around 90 minutes later and held without bail.

Nicholas Rossik, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on July 4 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at South State Street.

Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on June 29 on a bench warrant after an incident on Ferry Street.

Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on June 29 on obstruct a report of crime-injury, criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident east of the Concord Crew Boat House on Loudon Road.

Corey R. Monica, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 1:20 a.m. on June 28 on operating without a valid license and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Marie Elizabeth Sargent, born 1988, of Washington was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on June 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Lisa A. Meffert, born 1963, of Allenstown was arrested at 7 a.m. on June 25 on false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal trespass, and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime-injury charges after an incident on Bog Road.

David Thomas Swett, born 1964, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on June 15 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness and public disposal of human waste charges after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage.

Jennifer Anderson, born 1982, of Hebron was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on June 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at 101 Loudon Road.

Kirsten Lee Porter, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on April 21 on three bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident on Rumford Street.

Nicole Anne Callahan, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on April 18 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Cottage Court.

Matthew C. Milne, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on April 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Stefanie Lynn McCormack, born 1977, of Concord received a summons at 8:28 p.m. on April 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
