Concord Man Arrested On Numerous Drug Possession Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jackson Roland Brady Prive, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 12:45 a.m. on June 16, 2020, on a reckless operation charge after an incident on Mountain Road.

Christoph M. Berger, born 1996, of Portsmouth was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on June 14 on breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at New Hampshire Hospital on Clinton Street. Berger was arrested in Portsmouth on arson and other charges earlier this month. He was arrested after escaping from the state hospital on June 13, leading to a manhunt all over the Palm and North State streets area of the city.

Brendan J. Trombley, born 2001, of Nashua was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on June 14 on an unlawful possession/intoxication charge after an incident on South Street near the New Hampshire State of Division of Child Support Service.

John Henry Cowdrey, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on June 13 on felony operate after certification as a habitual offender, possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled drugs, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and deal/possess prescription drugs charges. He was arrested after an incident on Abbott Road.

Juan Santos, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on June 10 on two bench warrants. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Charles Curtis Cooper, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on June 9 on a second-degree assault charge after an incident on Cypress Street.

Jessica A. Baker, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on June 7 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at CVS on Hall Street.

Tiffany Jean Labonte, born 1991, of Penacook was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on June 7 on two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at the Penacook Village Laundromat on Village Street.

Crystal Marie Merchant, born 1983, of Belmont was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on June 6 on a felony theft by deception charge based on two prior thefts after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.
