Belmont Woman, Convicted On Theft Charge, Arrested Again: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Quin A. Kuck, born 1984, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2020, on theft by deception-less than $1,000 and credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested a police headquarters.

Crystal Marie Merchant, 36, of Bishop Road in Belmont, was arrested at 4 a.m. on Jan. 2 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and criminal trespass charges. Around 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2019, an officer was sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a shoplifting report. A store staffer accused a woman in a black jacket of grabbing a purse, stuffing items into it, and then leaving the store, an affidavit noted. An employee attempted to stop her but she got away, the officer wrote while eyeing video surveillance footage. The officer quickly recognized the woman as Merchant, someone who has been trespassed from Walmart in the past. In January 2019, she was arrested and trespassed, and about six months later, she was arrested and trespassed again. Another officer looked at the video footage and agreed with the reporting officer that the suspect was Merchant. In July 2019, she pleaded guilty to theft and received a suspended sentence on the charge in Merrimack County Superior Court, the report stated. Merchant was also arrested on a warrant by Concord police on Dec. 4. Another warrant was issued on Dec. 29 and she was picked up a few days later.

Celia Ann Cordova, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a driving while intoxicated charge on North Main Street.

Jason Thomas Cooper, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 30, 2019, on stalking, felon in possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled drug, and breach of bail charge after an incident on South Street.

Eugene D. Robinson, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. on Dec. 28 on simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Hutchins and Bog Road area of the city.

Brian Paul Bergstrom, born 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Dec. 27 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Jessica Lynn Daigle, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Dec. 26 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.

Ignacio Anguiano, born 1981, of Northwood, received a summons on a loitering or prowling charge on South Main Street at 10:26 a.m. on Dec. 25.

Kristen Alexander, born 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Dec. 24 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
