Concord Police Log: Argument Over Cigarettes Leads to Assault, Other Charges
Plus, Concord man bangs on doors at Mennino Place Apartments; Epsom woman arrested for disorderly; woman flips out on Main Street.

Brenda Gonzalez, 39, of Dover Road in Epsom, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2015, for disorderly conduct at the Verizon Wireless store on Fort Eddy Road on Jan. 22, 2015. She’s due in court on March 30.
Michael Burke, 44, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on Feb. 16, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Centre Street after a check of a BMW revealed that its owner, Burke, had a suspended license. The suspension was confirmed and he was arrested due to prior convictions for the same offense twice last year. Burke is due in court on March 23.
Mawouko A. Aboussa, 26, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was summoned at 3:15 a.m. on Feb. 14, for operating without a valid license and transportation of alcohol/open container after a traffic stop for not having headlights illuminated on Loudon Road. The vehicle was stopped at Christian Avenue and Ormond Street. Aboussa did not have a license and an officer allegedly saw an open bottle of Heineken in the center console. He agreed to a field sobriety test and showed no signs of impairment, according to the report. He was issued a summons and is due in court on March 16.

Nathan A. Lamorey, 22, of Easy Street in Franklin, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Feb. 13, on a bench warrant for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle from June 24, 2014. He’s due in Hillsborough District Court on March 11.
Wayne S. Bunten, 68, of Greenwich Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 8, for two counts of simple assault, two counts of obstructing a report of a crime or injury, and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Greenwich Street for a report of a fight between Bunten and his girlfriend’s daughter. When they arrived, Bunten was reportedly outside and “very excited and loud,” but allegedly told them that the fight had been verbal only. An officer went inside to speak to witnesses with one reporting that the fight was about wanting to get cigarettes from a neighbor. Bunten allegedly grabbed a phone of out a person’s hand. “According to (the witness), Bunten then grabbed ahold of each side of (the woman’s) face and yelled something to the effect that if (she) called the police he would slit her throat,” according to the report. He then allegedly grabbed for her cellphone. Another witness offered the same allegations. Bunten was arrested. A breach charge was added since he was out on bail on other charges and is due in court on March 16.

Michael J. Spillane, 28, of Clinton Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on Feb. 7, on a theft of services charge from the day before at Einstein Bros Bagels on Fort Eddy Road. He was arrested at The Friendly Kitchen and is due in court on March 16.
James M. Mooney, 58, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 6, for disorderly conduct. Officers were called to the Mennino Place Apartments for a man kicking on doors. The female caller thought it might be one of the other tenants. Officers spoke to the man, Mooney, and requested that he stop banging on doors or he would be arrested for disorderly conduct. Officers were called back to he building again around 6:20 p.m. for a report that the same man kicking and banging on the doors again. Officers went to his apartment and Mooney was arrested. He was held without bail.
Jordan S. Lewis, 21, of Downing Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on Feb. 5, for driving while intoxicated. An officer stopped Lewis on North Main Street after allegedly speeding while fishtailing in the snow and slick road. The officer followed the vehicle south and reportedly clocked it going 45 mph at one point. The vehicle was stopped at Thorndike Street and when the officer approached, he alleged that the driver, Lewis, smelled like alcohol. When asked if he knew why he was being stopped, Lewis allegedly threw the question back and stated, “Why did you stop me?” Lewis denied drinking but agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested. “While escorting Jordan to my cruiser, he became extremely irate, rude, and indignant, behaviors that he maintained right up to the point when he was later released from custody,” the officer alleged.
Randy H. Skillin, 35, of Penwood Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Feb. 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on Perley Street. Skillin reportedly didn’t have a license and was convicted on Sept. 8, 2014, for DWI.
Corey J. Miller, 22, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Feb. 4, for bail jumping, a felony, and two bench warrants. Officers were sent to the Market Basket on Storrs Street for a welfare check on a man and a woman who were “inside the store and looking out the window as if they were waiting for someone or someone was after them,” according to a report. Neither person could provide ID to the reporting officer but the woman said they were waiting for a relative to bring them a debit card. A check of Miller yielded contempt of bail and controlled drug acts prohibited charges as well as a felony bail jumping offense from Jan. 12, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, $2,826 cash to settle. He was arrested and held.
Lori A. Murphy, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 4, on a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court from October 2013 on a driving charge, $1,000 cash bail to settle. Officers arrested her after they were called to an apartment on Loudon Road for a distraught person incident.
Keri Sullivan, 31, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Jan. 30, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges after a traffic stop on North Main Street for driving without headlights on. An officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the car and she allegedly admitted to having the drug in her purse.
Juline Clervil Thermitus, 45, unknown address, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Jan. 30, on a bench warrant and a disorderly conduct charge. An officer driving on Centre Street watched as Thermitus allegedly walked in the middle of heavy traffic on North Main Street while there was a “do not walk” signal illuminated. “The vehicle in front of me had to stop while turning to avoid hitting Juline,” the officer alleged. The officer called out to her twice but she allegedly ignored the officer. The officer then stopped her and she allegedly “immediately became irate and started screaming a foreign language.” The officer tried to calm her down while other officers arrived at the scene but she allegedly continued to yell and scream, throwing her bags on the sidewalk. At one point, while trying to figure out her name, the officer found paperwork from the Manchester Welfare Department and contacted the person listed. The woman stated that she had assisted Thermitus Clervil after she came to New Hampshire from Boston. The woman stated that she was a Haitian national with Canadian citizenship and they were trying to find a way to get her back to that country. She had recently reportedly been removed from a location in Manchester, was arrested, but later released. After finding out her complete name, the officer learned that there was a warrant for her arrest out of Nashua District Court on a criminal trespass charge, $100 cash to settle, and she was taken into custody.
