Concord Police Log: Two Charged with Cocaine Possession
Plus, Franklin teen charged with statutory rape, child pornography; Weare man charged with simple assault.
Cory James Sweatt, 27, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2014, on warrants. Dispatch received an anonymous tip about Sweatt being at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street and knew he had active warrants. An officer confirmed that he had a warrant for nonpayment of fines for operation without a valid license, according to the report. The headed to the restaurant and manager said he asked the man to leave since he was just hanging around. Officers found Sweatt later at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street and arrested him.
Roy J. Aikens, 51, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Dec. 11, for criminal trespass on Manchester Street. Aikens was reportedly sleeping in the stairwell of an apartment building the last few evenings so a resident reported the incident to police. The officer approached the man, later identified as Aikens, and when he allegedly refused to leave, arrested him. Aikens was held without bail.
Kenneth Wasserstrom, 33, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Dec. 10, on driving after revocation or suspension and drivers license prohibitions charges after a traffic stop outside of the Hood plant on North State Street. The vehicle, the officer alleged, was slowly drifting back and forth in its travel lane. After pulling the vehicle over, the officer learned that Wasserstrom was convicted for driving after suspension on Feb. 19, 2014, in Manchester District Court, and nonpayment of a fine on Aug. 21, 2014.

Alex R. Beaulieu, 22, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Dec. 10, on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were sent to an apartment on Perley Street for a domestic incident. They spoke with Beaulieu who reportedly stated that he was cooking and just wanted to eat in peace. The woman stated that when she got home from work, Beaulieu allegedly began screaming at her and later, broke her key in the lock of the door. She left the home and called police, and alleged that Beaulieu had “been acting increasingly angry with her for no reason and that his behavior scares her.” When asked about the incident, he allegedly repeated that he just wanted to eat in peace and was arrested. Beaulieu is due in court on Jan. 26.
Anthony Camacho, 17, of Sterling Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Dec. 9, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession and use of tobacco products by minor. Officers were sent to South Street for a domestic dispute. While questioning everyone involved, police alleged that Camacho smelled like alcohol and had glossy eyes, and arrested him. During processing, “he could not follow directions very well,” the reporting officer alleged. He was arraigned earlier this week.

Elena Louise Doege, 20, of English Village Road in Manchester, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 8, and charged with simple assault and conduct after an accident from an incident on Sept. 20, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was arrested by Derry Police and Concord Police picked her up in Hooksett. She was arraigned on Jan. 12.
Robert C. Bridges, 54, of South Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 8, for simple assault. Officers were sent to Clinton Street near Exit 2 on I-89, for a report of a domestic dispute inside a vehicle. They made contact with a woman who called police and she stated they were arguing and Bridges allegedly “ripped the glasses of her face” and interfered with her driving. She pulled over and called police and at that time, Bridge allegedly threw water at her and spit on her as well as the windshield. The reporting officer noted water, spit, and the woman’s broken glasses. Bridges reportedly told officers that the woman knocked off his glasses first and spit on him, but his glasses were still on his head and were not broken, according to the report. He was arrested and held without bail.
Tyler S. Dow, 20, of North Emperor Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Dec. 7, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. Officers were called to Branch Turnpike for a report of people going through vehicles, an issue in the past. While searching the area, an officer found a Buick parked on the side of Roy Street and spoke to the driver, Dow, who allegedly “seemed to be startled by my presence.” There was the smell of marijuana reportedly coming from the car but Dow denied that there were drugs in the car. An officer allegedly saw a stem and seeds on the center console, “in plain view,” and arrested Dow. During an inventory, police allegedly found a glass smoking device, metal grinder, and a marijuana stem and seeds. He was arraigned on Jan. 12.
Corey James Miller, 22, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on Dec. 5, on felony possession of controlled drugs and a bench warrant. While driving on Loudon Road, an officer ran a check on Miller after seeing him walking on the sidewalk and found he had a warrant for contempt of bail order, nonpayment of attorney fees, $226 cash to settle. The officer spoke to Miller who reportedly gave a different name and didn’t have his identification. After the officer told him that he had an active warrant, Miller allegedly stated that he missed a court date. Another officer arrived and he was arrested. During an inventory search, an officer allegedly found a white piece of paper with white powder in his wallet, which Miller allegedly admitted was Suboxone. He reportedly didn’t have a prescription for the drug and was arraigned earlier this week.
Nico Beyer, 18, of Adams Avenue in Franklin, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 5, was charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault – statutory rape, and single counts of felony child pornography, aggravated felonious sexual assault statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and possession of controlled drugs. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Rollins Park in Concord during the early morning hours of July 10, and July 22, 2014.
Jeffery J. Lucier, 25, of White Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 5, for felony possession of controlled drug/narcotic with intent to distribute, felony possession of controlled drugs, carry/sell weapons (switchblades, etc.), and possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Matthew M. Foote, 30, of Adams Avenue in Allenstown, for felony possession of controlled drugs. An officer reportedly saw Foote, Lucier, and others get into a Mazda in the Durgin Block Garage and knew Foote had an active warrant for criminal mischief and vandalism. The vehicle drove by and the officer reportedly saw that it had a defective headlight. The vehicle was stopped on Pleasant Street. The female driver apologized for the headlight issue while other officers arrived. The IDs were checked on the passengers and Foote was confirmed to be in the car and was arrested. When stepping out of the vehicle, a sergeant alleged that Foote “attempted to conceal two baggies of a white powdery substance under a black apron. Foote would later identify the substance as cocaine,” the report alleged. Lucier was also questioned and reportedly agreed to a pat down. The officer allegedly found a pair of brass knuckles in one pocket and hard object in another pocket that he reportedly stated that it was a cellphone. Police later learned it was allegedly 13 baggies of cocaine and $130 in cash. Lucier allegedly had marijuana in another pocket. Both were held on cash bail.
