Concord Police Log: Hooksett Man Arrested for DWI

Plus, grounded teen smashes chair; burglary suspect tries to flee; Massachusetts man charged with felony perjury.

Kyle Tuck, 17, of Charles Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Jan. 30, for criminal mischief from Jan. 29, 2015. Officers were called to Charles Street for a domestic disturbance between a mother and son. They spoke with Tuck who allegedly stated that his mother wouldn’t answer any of his questions about being grounded to he picked up a dining room chair, threw it against the wall, and broke it. The mother told officers that she didn’t want to escalate the situation so she did not answer any of his questions. She then heard crashing noises. He’s due in court on March 9.

Peter G. Davidson, 57, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Jan. 30, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from April 2011, for resisting arrest, $302.50 cash to settle. Davidson was reportedly driving on Manchester Street with his vehicle’s lights off and was pulled over. He was arrested, paid the bail commissioner the fee, and was given a warning for failure to turn on headlights.

Heidi M. Sweeney, 36, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Jan. 29, on a bench warrant and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to North State Street for a report of a burglary and during the process of investigating the matter, Sweeney’s name came up as a possible suspect, according to a report. A check revealed an active warrant for her arrest and the officers went over to Garvins Falls Road where she was staying to speak with her. After knocking several times, no one answered the door. A neighbor later reported to police that there were people climbing out of a window. The officers walked to the other side of the window and ordered Sweeney to stop. She allegedly fled the area. Police caught up with her and took her into custody. She was held without bail.

Galen W. Warman, 63, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Jan. 29, on a conduct after an accident charge from Jan. 11, at the intersection of North State and Penacook streets. He’s due in court on March 9.

Scott W. Cole, 39, of Schiller Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Jan. 29, on driving after revocation or suspension, driver’s license prohibitions, and suspended registration charges after a suspicious vehicle check behind the Shell gas station on Loudon Road. A check of the license of the owner of a 2008 Acura, Cole, revealed that it and the car’s registration were suspended the week before for default court summons. He’s due in court on March 16.

Brandon Harris, 32, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Jan. 28, for driving while intoxicated, disobeying an officer, and reckless operation. While on North Main Street near Red River Theatres, a Honda Fit nearly crossed the yellow line and struck the police cruiser. The vehicle continued north, driving through a red light at Main and Pleasant, and didn’t respond to the officer trying to pull the vehicle over. The Fit stopped outside of the CVS on North Main Street while another officer arrived at the scene. The driver, Harris, repeatedly questioned the officer asking, “What is going on?” while the officer was trying to ask questions about why he didn’t stop. Harris allegedly smelled like alcohol, “appeared to be very lethargic,” and had long, drawn out yawns. After a field sobriety test, he was arrested. All during the ride and process, Harris allegedly continued to ask, “Wait, what is going on?” Later, he vomited on the floor and was taken to the hospital where paramedics used smelling salts attempting to revive him.

Nicole Boucher, 33, of Corning Road in Manchester, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Jan. 28, on a warrant. While driving on South Main Street, an officer checked a Chevrolet Cobalt and found that the owner, Boucher, had an active warrant out of Bedford and she was arrested.

Roger G. Laro, 22, of Avenue A in Turner Falls, MA, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 28, on a felony perjury charge stemming from a trial on May 12, 2014. He’s due in court on March 16.

Norma I. Slusarczyk, 58, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Jan. 28, on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She’s due in court on March 9.

Corey J. Kelleher, 21, of Green Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:35 a.m. on Jan. 28, for simple assault and domestic violence (simple assault). A woman alleged that her husband, Kelleher, punched her in the arm during an argument. Upon arrival, police saw Kelleher outside and he stated that the two were arguing. Another officer went to speak to the woman who alleged that Kelleher had been drinking the night before, fell asleep on the couch, but that their child started crying. He went to take care of the child and later, the child began screaming more. She went in to check on them and found Kelleher rubbing the child’s back and blood on a pillowcase and the two of them started arguing. She alleged that he punched her four times in the upper left arm. He reportedly begged her not to call police and then, grabbed his jacket and left. The officer stated in the report that he didn’t know if the child had hit her face on the edge of the crib while trying to stand, as was told to him, or was assaulted. Kelleher was arrested and is due in court on March 16.
