Concord Sex Offender Arrested For Duty To Report: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Nathan C. Howard, year of birth 1979, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident on Thompson Street.

Adam J. Cordano, year of birth 1982, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, on three warrants. He was also charged with resisting arrest or detention and possession of controlled drugs.

William C. Tinker, year of birth 1967, pictured, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for duty to report. He was convicted of indecent exposure/gross lewdness in June 1995, and again January 2013, and sex offender registry penalty in December 2016. Tinker also has a long rap sheet dating back to the mid-1980s for various charges including drug possession, simple assault, robbery, issuing bad checks, violation of probation/parole, burglary, resisting, trespass, and witness tampering.

Daniel C. Stevens, year of birth 1987, was arrested at 5:14 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Manor Road.

Casey L. Rollins, year of birth 1982, of Spillway Lane in Concord, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in an apartment on Fisherville Road.

Christopher A. Stiasny, year of birth 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in the Hutchins/Bog Road area of the city.

Roger G. Laro, year of birth 1992, of Avenue A in Turner Falls, MA, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, for indecent exposure and lewdness, two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, obstructing government administration, and two counts of criminal threatening. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Eric D. Diamond, year of birth 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for criminal threatening and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Engel Street.

Nicholas J. Lemieux, year of birth 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on July 31, 2017, on a bench warrant at Concord Police headquarters.

Noah Y. Mercier, year of birth 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on July 30, 2017, on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and two counts of simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Broken Ground area of the city.
