Alleged Drug Dealer, Others Indicted in Merrimack Superior Court
Manchester man indicted for fracturing another man's skull in Hooksett, alleged Pittsfield kidnapper indicted, teen indicted on LSD charge.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Joseph Carter, 35, of Amesbury Road in Kensington, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Jan. 29, 2017, he allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart in Hooksett. According to the indictment, he’s been convicted twice before on theft related charges.

Johnathon Claborn, 35, pictured upper left, of Whippoorwill Ridge Road in Farmington, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly in Pittsfield on Jan. 9, 2017.

Aaron Counter, 34, pictured upper right, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for sale of a narcotic-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin. On Nov. 16, 2016, in Concord, Counter allegedly worked in concert with Matthew Crowley to sell the drug to an undercover officer on North State Street. He was previously convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2012.
Linda Cross, 54, pictured middle right, of East Side Drive in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 25, 2017, in Concord.
Bailey Decoste, 19, pictured lower left, of Gold Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-LSD allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Hooksett.
Jonathan Devereaux, 26, pictured lower right, of Warren Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Deep Discount Store on Village Street in Concord. He has previously been convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court and Plymouth District Court, according to the indictment.
Robert Doane, 44, of Pleasant Street in Manchester, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. According to the indictment, he allegedly struck another man in the had causing a skull fracture and took unauthorized control of a vehicle in Hooksett on Dec. 20, 2013.
Trevor Drew, 26, pictured lower center, of Ingalls Road in Pittsfield, for kidnapping and criminal restraint, both felonies, as well as two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and two counts false imprisonment. On Dec. 26, 2016, he allegedly assaulted and held an intimate partner against her will in a home in Pittsfield.
