Concord Teen Arrested On Robbery, Conspiracy Charges: Police Log

Naples, Florida, fugitive arrested on drug, other charges; woman arrested on numerous assault charges in the West End; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Benjamin William Rockwell, born 2000, pictured, of Concord, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on July 11, 2019, on two counts of robbery as well as a conspiracy to commit charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Brianna Bourdeau, born 1995, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on July 10, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Arielle Carlene Milbury, born 1986, unknown address, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on July 7, on possession of controlled drugs and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges was well as a bench warrant and a warrant. The cases stem from incidents at the CVS on Hall Street and Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Daniel Patrick Mulcahey, 34, of Madison Drive in Naples, Florida, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on July 4, on a possession of a controlled drug charge as well as a fugitive from justice warrant and another warrant. At just before 1 p.m., an officer was sent to the Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street for a report of a man sleeping in a Honda, according to a court affidavit. Dispatch reported that the owner had possible warrants in the Sunshine State. The reporting officer woke the man up and he provided the officer with a Florida identification. Dispatch confirmed that he had active warrants out of Middlesex County Superior Court in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on a burglary charge issued on June 7, and a theft by unauthorized taking warrant out of Newton, New Hampshire. Mulcahey was arrested and held on a fugitive from justice charge.

Priti Boesch-Dining, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on July 3, and charged with two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, three counts of simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from an incident in the West End.

Dewayne A. Turner, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on July 1, on a department assist on Elderberry Place.

Jean Hodari, born 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Feb. 1, on criminal trespass, operating without a valid license, and default or breach of bail conditions after incidents at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive and Loudon Road.
