Concord Police: Man receive summons for allegedly stealing BBs, pellets and woman was arrested for identity theft.

CONCORD, NH - Cassandra M. Howe, 37, of Princeton Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 29, 2016, on a felony warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court for nonappearance on an identity theft charge. Police were sent to the home for a report of a domestic and determined that it was only verbal. A check yielded the warrant and Howe was arrested. A Hillsborough County Sheriff picked her up in Concord for processing.

Pierce M. Osgood, 19, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 28, 2016, on a theft charge from an alleged incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street on Jan. 29, 2016. She was also arrested on Feb. 1, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of alcohol. In the first instance, Osgood was arrested by Hooksett Police and transported to Concord at around 4:30 a.m. She’s due in court on April 4, 2016. In the Feb. 1, incident, police were sent to Rite Aide on South Street for a shoplifting report. An employee alleged that Osgood stole two cans of Twisted Tea, valued at about $2.80. “I observed Osgood holding her purse and asking if she could leave and go home,” the officer alleged. “She kept repeating she was sorry and wouldn’t come back to the store.” She was arrested and during a search of her purse, police allegedly found two additional cans of Twisted Tea and a can of Natty Daddy beer. Osgood is due in court on those charges on March 14.

Edward D. Hubbard, 59, of Allison Street in Concord, received a summons on Feb. 21, 2016, for willful concealment after allegedly shoplifting pellet ammunition, a laser sight, CO2 bottles, and BBs, all valued at around $44 from Walmart on Loudon Road. An employee alleged that the man, Hubbard, was removing the items from packaging with a knife. He’s due in court on March 28.
Tracy M. Hebert, 29, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 17, 2016, for felony theft by deception after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 8, 2016. She was served at the New Hampshire Prison for Women in Goffstown.

Daniel M. Frost, 22, of Beauty Hill Road in Center Barnstead, was arrested on Feb. 7, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of drugs, transportation of alcohol, possession of controlled drugs, and carry/sell weapons (metallic knuckles) after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for a side headlight out. Frost allegedly “seemed anxious” and “begged” the officer not to “do this to him,” according to an arrest report. Dispatch stated that his license was suspended, due to default court summons on Jan. 8, 2016, and he was arrested. During an inventory search, police allegedly found a jar of marijuana, an open bottle of Twisted Tea, and a glass pipe with residue. The arrest reported noted that he was convicted of operating after suspension in September 2014 in Newport District Court. Frost is due in court on March 14.
Jean Hodari, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 30, 2016, for two counts of simple assault. At just before 10 p.m., police were sent to Concord Gardens for a report of a man “beating” on a pre-teen boy. The man – Hodari – had allegedly left just before police arrived. Hodari, the boy alleged, came by the house, reportedly intoxicated, used the bathroom, and then got into an argument with a woman. He allegedly then pushed the boy, causing him to fall into a wall, and spit in his face. The officers left and when they did, Hodari allegedly returned to the home and was banging on the door. “Due to Hodari’s level of intoxication and the belief that the behaviors would continue he was taken into custody for the assaults,” the officer alleged. He was arraigned on Feb. 1.
Arnold Mikolo, 25, of Burns Avenue in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for suspended registration and owner after a license check. Mikolo was stopped and arrested. A check yielded a suspended license by the DMV from November 2015. He’s due in court on March 14.
