Chichester Woman Arrested On Drug Dealing Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Tyler J. Annis, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2019, on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, domestic violence-obstruct report of a crime/injury, and obstruct report of a crime/injury after an incident on the northern part of Loudon Road.

Zachary Ryan Mullen, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Aug. 16, on a bench warrant on East Side Drive.

Jennifer J. Wheeler, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Aug. 15, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the Fosterville area of the city.

Brandon Troy Corliss, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 13, on stalking and violation of a restraining order charges.

Haley T. McCleary, born 1997, of Chichester, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on Aug. 12, on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Taylor Jordan Winter, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Aug. 12, on a felonious sexual assault charge-victim between 13 and 15 after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook.

Kimberly Ann Landry, born 1982, of Franklin, was arrested at 8:26 a.m. on Aug. 10, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions. The charge stems from an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Marc J. Cincotta, born 1959, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Aug. 8, on DUI-second or third, conduct after an accident, and felony receiving stolen property due to two prior convictions on Sheep Davis Road at the Makris Lobster & Steak House.

Shannon E. McGowan, born 1995, pictured, of Chichester, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 8, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug in Pembroke.

Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of an unknown address, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on Aug. 6, on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge on Storrs Street out of the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet.
